to indoor exersicing.Gonna do 5 miles stationary bike some weights
ab exersices and of course "Tammy's headbanging pounds away!

1 turkey sandwhich on wheat bread(80 cals 1 fat 2 slices)98%FF butterball
turkey lunchmeat(50 cals 1 fat)1 slice reduce fat chedder slice(60 cals 4 fat)
190 cals 6 fat total and a handfull baked sourcream cheese chips(60 cals 2 fat) SNACK
1 weigh watchers cookie doe sundae(170 cals 3 fat)
DINNER
2 servings mixed veggies and a lean cuisine lasagna w/2 mini chciken breast patties and reduce fat parmesian cheese(375 cals 8 fat)
SNACK
1 slimfast peanutbutter crunch bar (120 cals 4 fat)
and of course I love water so 128+ EVERYDAY for me! Tammy
