I dropped by to tell you what I ate today...LOL and it is only 515pm...ya ready...I have you beat for your bad day:D
For Breakfast I had this new cereal , cant remeber the name, it was good...anyway I ate my apple as well and then for lunch my Aunt brought me McDonalds...I go the fajitta's so I am assuming not too too bad...but she also brought me a super sized fries, which I ate most of ... then I had cheesies...I figured what the hell...Ive already had Mcdonalds...and I went all out adn got the hard cheesies...damn...the bag said 280 for the bag (50g) but my bag was 210 g...so I figured at easy 500 cals there and then dinner damn...my Granny made dinner....Lemony Linguine and Shrimp...WOW, so good and boy did I eat it...it has 417 per serving...although doesnt say serving size but for pasta isnt it 1/2 cup ? so I had 2 servings easy...WOW huh...feel better...I still have all evening to go and I also havent had any other exercise besides work which I obviously dont count as my exercise...LOL...just thought I would drop by to brightne your day:D Did it work:p LOL

Wow I dunno about having me beat quite yet we'll just see
as the night goes by! No it doesn't brighten my day because the after feeling
makes ya feel like "blah" both mentally and physically and I don't wish that
on any1! One thing I did learn no more 2 day bad food affair and if I choose
to eat something unhealthy once in a while I still need to have some control
like not eating after 8pm and not having double servings of everything!
Congrats on enjoying a day off we all need 1 once in a while, lol eat me something with peanutbutter in it, I am so craving it! See ya back on

I totally hear ya...Im either going on a walk or doing Tae Bo...I wanna get out and walk but yet Boot Camp will burn more calories...so Boot Cmap it will probually be...30 mins of Tae Bo is like 5oo cals...
 
Ok all this food talk put me down for a peanutbutter
sandwhich lol! I did use low fat low calorie bread but
still devoured it after 8pm! 180 cals 6 fat:rolleyes: !

Lol my daughter layed down after homework around 4 pm and
couldn't get her up till after 6 geeesh no 9pm bedtime!

Well it's raining again but hubby is working late anyway so back
to indoor exersicing.Gonna do 5 miles stationary bike some weights
ab exersices and of course "Tammy's headbanging pounds away!
DAY66 BREAKFAST
you guessed it breakfast in a bag(180 cals 5 fat)
LUNCH
1 turkey sandwhich on wheat bread(80 cals 1 fat 2 slices)98%FF butterball
turkey lunchmeat(50 cals 1 fat)1 slice reduce fat chedder slice(60 cals 4 fat)
190 cals 6 fat total and a handfull baked sourcream cheese chips(60 cals 2 fat) SNACK
1 weigh watchers cookie doe sundae(170 cals 3 fat)
DINNER
2 servings mixed veggies and a lean cuisine lasagna w/2 mini chciken breast patties and reduce fat parmesian cheese(375 cals 8 fat)
SNACK
1 slimfast peanutbutter crunch bar (120 cals 4 fat)
and of course I love water so 128+ EVERYDAY for me! Tammy:D

Looks like a great day! And crap - thanks for reminding me!! I still need to do my weights! *runs off to go get buff*

I just came by to tell you how yummy my grilled cheese was. The whole wheat bread was toasted to perfection, the cheese was melted just the way I like it, and the taste.... oh, I can't tell you how good it was!

for visiting me! OK I weighed in this morning 193 yes gained 1/2 lb
I know I exersiced my booty off but 2 nights in a row including last
night I had a peanutbutter sandwhich after hours :rolleyes: !
So that in noway helped I will admit this week was bad for me craving
really bad plus stress doesn't help.
I refuse to move my ticker but next week will be better for me just have
to make it through the weekend! I did have Applebees today and
I plan to just eat veggies for dinner and my bowl of icecream to get it
out of my system then I am done I am going to bike 5 miles and my whole
30 minute routine I do along with that!
Ok better results next time just gotta quit giving in to cravings! Tammy
 
keep that ticker where it is tammy... you'll be kickin ass next week! Ya gotta work on those cravings... they can be tough. Do what I do, I lock myself in the basement at night lol

Ok Ok Ok I had my orignal cheatday today and watched
movie after movie scary ones with the children lol my
kids love them they don't have the nighmares ect! I
won't let them see gory 1's tho!I got my hands on
Grudge2 and the new texas chainsaw which that movie
is an after hours 1 lol!
DAY 66
I cheated NO breakfast!
I cheated had apple bees turkey club melt(YES mike cheese cheese and cheese lol) with a side of loaded smash potatoes and to bites of a desert
called a "BLONDIE"square irsh cake with ice cream and hot buttermaple topping with walnuts geeeesh!
Dinner a stoffers chicken noodle bowl and a apple!
I did however do 6 miles on ST. bike 50 crunches and a bunch of weights 5 lb! Ok no more bad food!!!
My goal for this week is 190 by friday and hopefully 188 by Halloween!!!!:D
