I hate pics to but every now and then my kids take a descent 1
that won't blind ya lol!

Say's "Hello" OHD, DARI M2M PINKY MIKE PEQ!!!!
Ok woke up having a gr8 day except the lack of sleep had a whiny
little one all night went to bed at 2:30 AM got up at 7:20 am went
to little sis's band competition which by the way they sound gr8!
I litterally froze my AZZ off sitting on metal bleachers with temps
in the 30's!
DAY 67 BREAKFAST
Was rushing so made a cup of diet hot chochlate (25 cals 0 fat)
LUNCH
1 lean cuisine chciken club pinnini(320 cals 9 fat)
SNACK
1 small bannanah(lol not the mini 1's) (??????)
DINNER
I boiled some chciken breast for 15 minutes to get some of the grease out
then baked with roasted garlic seasoning and 3 servings
of mixed veggies(310 cals 6 fat)
SNACK
1 apple w/ peanutbutter

Ok my goal this week atleast is to eliminate and subistude some of my
weightwatchers and slimfast treats for more fruits.I notice I lack
those alot!My goal is 5 out of 7 days no WW or SF!!!
Must weigh 190 bY FRIDAY!! Then maybe with hard work & luck on my side
I can lose those 2lbs to meet my OCT goal!!Geesh let the bootcamp begin:D

Awww you're so sweet! *big hug* I'm thinking about it...seriously I am, it just makes me super nervous. I so admire the strength of everyone that posts pics.

with a face. Lol I did that with my sister's friend, never met her or
saw her but she always answered the phone when I called but after
hearing her voice a few times and then when I met her I didn't expect
the green mohawk with vampire red tips lol! She always sounded girly
to me!
I can't wait to get the body of the chick in your avtar!:D

hey u eat peanut butter with apple?!??! what does it taste like? dats interesting...i can imagine the asians here look at me with wide eyes open if they see that in my mouth!

yea i am tryin to get my fruits in too. haha my colleague has to shove me an apple on friday. hope to see yr next beautiful av soon! ;)

Apples dipped in peanutbutter very yummy and a good way to get your
fruit and protien in! I get the sour green apples and its a sweet/sour goodness lol! Tammy
 
hmm....i'll take note of that. i only buy peanut butter for my mum, not for myself haha. the peanut butter is chunky or creamy one? r both same in calories?

Doesn't really matter except like 2-3 fat grams but I get reduse fat
peterpan and once in a while peter pan honey roasted crunchy lol
oh the evilness in that a sweeter peanutbutter lol!I only use a full
teaspoon with my apple and it says 2 tablespoons 190 cals 11 fat
thats reduced fat the regular is 190 cals 14 fat:)

Mine too...and I'm not feeling too well. Not sure what it is. I've been dizzy and weak. Took a nap hoping to feel better and I did for about an hour and now it's back. I was freezing cold and now I'm starting to feel achey. I'm trying to wish it away...I hate being sick.:eek:

windy day! OHAPPY hope your feeling better and are not
catching the flu yuck!
Ok going to mother n laws today she is making chciken breast
for me :) she loves me! She is making round steak for the rest
which is so yummy she browns the meat then slow cooks in the juice
and seasoning onion for a couple hours then adds brown gravy and
cooks another hour! Geeesh thats a no no for me!
DAY 68 BREAKFAST
NOTTA was to tired to eat
LUNCH
1 healthy made turkey sandwhich with mustard(170 cals (2 fat)
SNACK
1 apple w/ teasp peanutbutter
DINNER
chicken breast w/ whatever veggies she has(350 cals 6 fat)
SNACK
slimfast peanut butter crunch bar(120 cals 4 fat)I wont be home
EXERSICE
5 miles of stationary bike and 50 crunches and some arm weights and
a few lunges will be crying tomorrow Tammy
 
Hey Tanny thanx for droppin by my diary lots lately...LOL...SOrry I havent beent oo good with the returns...been tired, my place is a wreck and the comp acting stupid...LOL...Have a great rest of the weekend...oh and ah it is beautiful here...LOL...spent all afternoon out with the kidlettes...
 
The weather's like that here too...it's great for walking though. I can really motor, but I don't get all sweaty! I love fall.
