MIKE: Breakfast in a bag something "MAL" posted this when I 1st came here
in the recipie section.But you take egg substitute 2% chedder canadian
bacon(or whatever lean meat and veggies you like) put in a quart size
ziplock baggy drop into boiling water for 15 minutes and go grab ya a
shower(haha) ect come back breakfast is done without the icky egg skillet mess!Taste great been eaten them like 4-5 days a week since July!!

LUNCH
1 chcken club pinni sandwhich Lean Cuisine(320 cals 9 fat)
SNACK
1 WEIGHT WATCHERS COOKIE DOE SUNDAE (170 cals 3 fat)

3 servings mixed veggies(110 cals 0 fat)1 weight watchers chciken
fettucinni with reduce fat parmesian(340 cals 6 fat)
SNACK
special K vannila snack bar (90 cals 1.5 fat)
DISAPOINTMENT how WEIGHT WATCHERS keeps upping calories in thier products here are 2 that they did chciken fettuchinni used to be 290 7 fat now its 340 cals 6 fat
Double choch;ate fudge cake used to be 170 cals 3 fat now its 220 cals 3 fat!Hope it quits geeeesh Tammy
I am going to do 5 miles on bike along with 50 crunches mabe some ab twist
and some weights, hubby works late so I am stuck indoors! Tammy
