Sorry about your little one Tammy. That was a good nutritional day though! I love snacks too... I've had to search hard for healthy snacks that satisfy my sweet tooth. One recent one I've been really into is:
2 chocolate graham crackers with vanilla cool-whip in between frozen in the freezer.
I also like a cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries) with 1 tbsp splenda, 1/4 cup toasted walnuts lightly coated with brown sugar and 2 tbsp whipped cream. Kind of high in calories (approximately 250) but a really good balance of carbs, protein and fats...plus it tastes good
