Sorry about your little one Tammy. That was a good nutritional day though! I love snacks too... I've had to search hard for healthy snacks that satisfy my sweet tooth. One recent one I've been really into is:

2 chocolate graham crackers with vanilla cool-whip in between frozen in the freezer.

I also like a cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries) with 1 tbsp splenda, 1/4 cup toasted walnuts lightly coated with brown sugar and 2 tbsp whipped cream. Kind of high in calories (approximately 250) but a really good balance of carbs, protein and fats...plus it tastes good:p
 
Cold day

Hello every1,
Thanks for the visits and my little guy seems
somewhat better still a bit cranky! Geesh I am starving
to death I usually don't feel this way on schoolnights but
since it's fall break I stay up late past 2am instead of hitting
the sack around 11-midnight! I have my last snack at 8pm.

DAY 61 BREAKFAST
Sleeeep ZzZzZzZzZzZzZz!!!!!!!
LUNCH
A huge breakfast in a bag and 1 piece of wonder lite bread with butter spray (egg sub/2% cheese/canadian bacon)(240 cals 5.5 fat) ok brunch this makes up for breakfast lol 15 grapes(45 cals 0 fat)
SNACK
1 sour green apple with 1 tea spoon crunchy peanutbutter(170 cals 7 fat)
DINNER
1 lean cusine chicken pinni sandwhich w mustard and 2 servs of mixed veggies(400 cals 9 fat)
SNACK
1 slimfast peanutbutter crunch bar(120 cals 4 fat)
LOL see me and my peanutbutter! Glad I can find ways to
still have that wierd but I crave peanutbutter and mustard
but of course not together!I walked 1.5 miles ok all it was "
"COLD & WINDY" I did 4 miles on stationary bike 50
crunches and 20 lunges for the apple booty I want!!!
I went to BINGO why oh why I lost! Well until next time...........

there! I almost forgot when I read your diary(PEQ) weigh
in day tomorrow I have stayed the same when I peeked
on weds so I hope it's moved! Good luck to you also in

hey and the support you guys are awesome!! I weighed in at 192.5!!
Thats -2.5 lbs goner I am so happy 3 more pounds I will finally
see 180's seems like I have been in the 90's for way too long!
Ok "happy dance"! It's lovely Friday the 13th and biy can I feel it
lastnight about midnight while watching omen my bike started to stick
and not peddle properly then turned heat on to find out it's not blowing
out heat it's not cold air but cool air so we all woke up freezing
ran out walmart and bought those oil filled heaters to get us by until
I can get some1 here to look at it.Geesh for every 1 good thing comes like
10 bad! Ok will report food and exersice later I am not gonna have a eat what I want meal today however on Sunday my nice aunt suckered me
into going to a bingo way in INDIANA and the package includes a
chciken breast meal or roast beef and gravy meal+ desert I'll do
without desert and eat my chciken dinner but we will be gone from
11am-8pm!Ok later all Tammy :D :D :D

sorry to hear you and your family almost turned into popsicles, that sucks. Walmart, although they are the definition of corperate greed does come in handy every once in awhile lol

Yeah Walmart has these nifty safer oil filled heaters
that warm 2-3 rooms for $40 bucks can't beat that! That's right
Peq you live in INDIANA If I don't win Sunday I am throwing in
the old bingo towle along with the dobber's to lol!
DAY 62 BREAKFAST/LUNCH
1 chciken club pinni sandwhich w/mustrda(320 cals 9 fat) 1 little
debbie snack smart whole grain oatmeal cream bar(110 cals 3 fat)
SNACK
weightwatchers strawberry cheesecake(150 cals 5 fat)
DINNER
weigh watcher's chciken fettuchini(280 cals 8 fat) and 2 servings french style green beans(80 cals 0 fat)
SNACK
1 slimfast peanutbutter crunch bar(120 cals 4 fat)1/2 apple(70 cals 0 fat)
Stationary bike 3 miles did some danceing crunches weights for arms.
Ok have a FRIGHTFUL FRIDAY THE 13TH ;;;;;;;;---->TAMMY:D
 
We have one of the oil filled heaters, it does so well. We put it out during the dead of winter when the furance has a hard time heating our big old house.
