Well didn't get to walk because hubby works late but I did do some crunches
and bikeing!Overall not a bad day just kinda bored and exhasted feeling!
My poor little son had his 6 MONTH check up and he had no fever but an ear infection alomg with his little wee wee skin had grown into the head part and they had to rip and tug it was actually bleeding"I FELT SO BAAAAD!"Then his visit was topped off with 2 shots 1 in each leg :eek: :( !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OK ON WITH...............................DAY 59 BREAKFAST
OK all fall break so I slept!
LUNCH
1 yummy lean cusine chicken club pinni (320 cals 9 fat) handfull of green grapes(40 cals 0 fat)
SNACK
weightwatchers double chochlate fudge cake(170 cals 4 fat)
DINNER
2 servings mixed veggies with weight watchers chicken fettichini 370 cals 8 fat)
SNACK
1 100 cal pk of reesse to go(100 cals 4 fat)
I like always gulped my water along with 5.4 satioary bike miles and 50 crunches.Tammy:D

Thank you for all the support for my little guy! He is so crabby
today I don't bame him I would be to!
DAY 60 BREAKFAST
Ok when school starts again I promise so will breakfast I woke up after going to bed at 2am with baby at 4 am-6 am then slept to 11:00!!
LUNCH
lean cusine chicken club pinni sandwhich(320 cals 9 fat)10 green grapes(30 cals 0 fat)
SNACK
slimfast peanutbutter crunch bar(120 cals 4 fat)
DINNER
3 servings of green beans (120 cals 0 far)1 lean cuisine lasagna w 2 mini breast patties(280 cals 8 fat)
SNACK
1 carb smart breyes ice cream sandwhich(80 cals 4 fat)
I walked 3 miles stationary biked 3 miles and 50 crunches and some weights!
Yeah I am happy got to walk it kinda sprikled but not bad enough to keep me in and I got my sister and mother n law to walk thier dogs with me to and we talked it was much funner! Tammy:D
 
uh oh.... i hope yr boy will feel better soon. shd be kinda traumatised huh?

peanut butter crunch bar sounds yummy!!!! dun hv it here... guess i'll stick to my Snickers.:p

glad u hv company for the walk....it sure is more fun with people to talk to as you work it out.

I know they're healthy but they sound so yummy and I don't have any. :eek: I'm going go have to go get some of that stuff. I only buy fruit, loads and loads of fruit and some veggies to snack on. I figure its ok if I "OD" on those. I'm scared I'd eat a whole box of that good stuff you've got....which would defeat the purpose of eating them in the first place. It's sad but I have little to no will power. :eek:
 
Awwww sorry just think ODing on even healthy snacks can't be as bad
as the box of cookies or gallon of icecream like back then!
Dang I wish I could OD on veggies and fruits but it seems like I have
to make myself eat that stuff : + (!!
 
Oh wow, just plugged my pound of strawberries into sparkpeople and found out its only 136 calories! Can you believe, I totally thought I had blown it! I'm relieved and don't feel quite as gluttonous now. *sigh*
