Hello all where the heck you been Magnola?Thanks for
stopping by!! Sorry OHAPPYDAY lol atleast I didn't steal
your wave:p !
Well every 1 I will be back on Monday with the damage but I am
planning on company and food movies ect tonight (which was
unplanned) and tomorrow was my planned day to eat because with
our reservations for this BINGO in INDIANA comes with a yummy
meal and desert of your choice which I am going to try hard to
pass up the desert but the meal sounds yummy!Heck I deserve it
and When I open my eyes on Monday morning I will have a healthy
breakfast and be on track and work my azz off and hopefully still
lose 2 lbs by Friday!
Ok will record food later won't know how many calories or fat but for
my records I will write down everything I eat!
So far DAY63 BREAKFAST
NOTTTTTA
LUNCH
1 of those darn brownies I baked! and a grilled turkey club sandwhich
made with 2%chedder swiss ham turkey lowfat bread fatfree butter
spray!
DINNER
1 shake N bake chciken breast mash potatoes mac n cheese corn and 2 hawwiian sweet rolls NOTE: LOL I did use "I cant believe it's not butter
spread in everything made up there^^^^^^!I didnt have mountains of taters and mac but descent size portion!
SNACK?????
 
Yeah Katie except for today and 1/2 of tomorrow I have been doing
good! I am going to bucke down and kick some ass starting Monday!
I have such high goals that I want this weight off!So I am thinking no
more eating "ANYTHING"bad except maybe a meal on Halloween,
Thanksgiving and Xmas!! I am getting desperate and a little depressed
the scale this morning said 194 after a weigh in of 192.5 Friday but
I think the time of month thing is the prob!But I ate today and tomorrow
non healthy crap!So yeah I feel a little guilty but I'll get over it and come back twice as strong and I will weigh 191 by Friday if I have to walk double a day I will!! My Halloween goal is 188 so I need to kick ass!

make up for my lazy 2 eating days besides as far as my
walking goes I need to add more I have been at 3 miles forever
and I do 4 occationally!Have a gr8 Sunday Tammy
 
I know what you mean - I feel like I've been in a 1 mile holding pattern for a while. Might add a bit tomorrow. :eek:
 
Wow I Am A "cow"

First off let me say I did exactly what I said I was gonna do!
I ate and ate and ate everything and anything bad! Here's my
question with 60 lb's gone why is it still I can eat as much as I
did when I weighed 255 because I did!! I am mad and sametime
lesson learned plus I don't feel I will want to touch any bad food for
a long lomg time!
The guilt I have these days when I eat bad or don't exersice is horrible!
Ok guys my fat butt is back on track when I open my eyes I am so
ready to make up for the weekend and then some.
Ok here goes everything I ate! Oh I lost at Bingo so No more of that either!
DAY 63 BREAKFAST
1 Bacon egg cheese mcgriddle with a kids lowfat choch milk :eek:
LUNCH AT BINGO
1 chciken breast dinner with mash potaoes gravy green beans and 1 piece of butter bread
Dinner
same as above we there all day!!!
SNACKS this is where it gets bad
2 brownies 1 cookie 1 peanutbutter spoon and when I got home I made me a grilled ham and swiss with a pk of ramen noodles!
I think I amnaged to eat enough calories for a week on a positive note I couldn't drink pop it taste like syrup to me blah so water all day!
Ok smack my hand and kick me in the ass and do not let me have a weekend like this geeeesh I feel sick reading and writing this!:mad: :confused: :eek:

awww.. hang in there Tammy! That was quite a list there but on the bright side you got your rebellion out of the way. And btw, I noticed that when I eat at the McDevil, I get that bottomless bucket feeling where I eat anything in sight.. followed by a bit of a depression. Are the two connected? who knows but it's possible I suppose.

You're working sooooo hard, one fall off the wagon isn't the end. Just a reminder of how you don't want to be anymore. Hang in there sweety!!

hey tammy....need to explain. i stared at yr entry blankly cos another wave of bad migraine hit again that moment. dats why i said i'll read later.

anyhow.... *BIG HUGZ*
u knew u were going to eat big anyway....so u shd enjoy it. dun be so hard over this ok?
and u said u are going to eat healthy on monday morning too....so enjoy monday morning when u wake up. u'll feel better than me. i got such bad migraine since sunday afternoon that i think i need a new head lol.....:p

Don't let one bad day get you down tammy. I sound like a broken record, but everybody falls off the wagon once or twice.... it's a matter of how fast you pick yourself up and get back on that counts. You're doing fine, and you will continue to do fine.... Mikey said so! :D

I did exspect to get full and that disapoints me alot! Look
at my list and the sad thing is I probally could have ate more!

I will pick myself up I worked to hard to give up and I refuse
to go back to being over 200 lbs+ I gave all my 16's-22's away
so I will have to go all winter nekked and pj's lol!I have been
feeling good since I lost weight I actually like getting up but I
sure do feel the complete oppisite after a day like today!

Booty back on track

Ok I did what I said except the miles I was going to walk
I got around my block then it poured on me and winston!!
So I came home and worked out! Thanks Peq Mike Pinky
for the pep talk lastnight it helped out!
DAY 64 BREAKFAST
Nothing because I was still full from lastnight and felt like "blah"
Lunch
2 turkey wraps on whole wheat tortillas w/ fat free cheese and mustard
and oscar meyer bacon bits(285 cals 5 fat)
SNACK
1 small sour green apple(80 cals 0 fat)
Dinner
1 piece chicken breast baked w/ 3 servings mixed veggies(320 cals 4 fat)
SNACK
1 cookie doe sunday "WEIGHT WATCHERS" (170 cals 3 fat)
Well I know calories are low but geeesh I ate enough yesterday to last me
a week! EXERSICES
35 minutes on the stationary bike 7.54 miles
20 minutes worth of dancing to "KORN"
25 each arm 3 diff exersices using 5 lb weights
60 crunches
5 minutes jog in place
OK hopefully that is a descent workout because I would have rather
walked 6-7 miles! Suppose to quit raining sometime tomorrow afternoon
so hopefully walking will be in store! Later Tammy:)
