Wow I Am A "cow"
First off let me say I did exactly what I said I was gonna do!
I ate and ate and ate everything and anything bad! Here's my
question with 60 lb's gone why is it still I can eat as much as I
did when I weighed 255 because I did!! I am mad and sametime
lesson learned plus I don't feel I will want to touch any bad food for
a long lomg time!
The guilt I have these days when I eat bad or don't exersice is horrible!
Ok guys my fat butt is back on track when I open my eyes I am so
ready to make up for the weekend and then some.
Ok here goes everything I ate! Oh I lost at Bingo so No more of that either!
DAY 63 BREAKFAST
1 Bacon egg cheese mcgriddle with a kids lowfat choch milk
LUNCH AT BINGO
1 chciken breast dinner with mash potaoes gravy green beans and 1 piece of butter bread
Dinner
same as above we there all day!!!
SNACKS this is where it gets bad
2 brownies 1 cookie 1 peanutbutter spoon and when I got home I made me a grilled ham and swiss with a pk of ramen noodles!
I think I amnaged to eat enough calories for a week on a positive note I couldn't drink pop it taste like syrup to me blah so water all day!
Ok smack my hand and kick me in the ass and do not let me have a weekend like this geeeesh I feel sick reading and writing this!
