A Brighter Day!!
Hello Diary,
I weighed in at 195 this morning thats - 3 lbs
gone, with 45 lbs to go!I never thought I could ever get below 200
because I did it once a lonnnnng time ago and I knew how hard it
was and I had the "I was meant to be fat outlook" Once again thanks
to alot of great people that stop by really helps, I never really had
support, I would get the family members and hubby like on a diet
again attitude lets see how long this 1 will last! So thanks again
every1 for awesome support!
I am taking the night off exersiceing and I am hitting a steak house!
I feel I deserve it, my don't eat after 8pm still applies.
DAY 55 BREAKFAST
2 pieces of strawberry and creamcheese bread (200 cals 8 fat)
LUNCH
1 lean cusine chcicken club pinni sandwhich(310 cals 9 fat)
DINNER WHO KNOWS!

texas roadhouse-->1 6oz steak 1 barBque chicken breast and double
mash potatoe's 2 dinner rolls and 1/2 cup coke(1400 cals guessing!)
I waited an hour then walked fast fast 4 miles to atleast work off taters
Not a horrible day and out to eat is out of my system for a week or 2
