That was a close one but... hmm the OG sounds very very good. I was just telling my mom that fettuccine alfredo sounded so yummy. But I will be good. *rocking back & forth* will be good.. will be good.. will be good.. will be good..

I get to and to think unlimited pasta bowls for $7.95 that is pure
'evil" thats 1 of the worse foods you can eat to.
Well today was much better I actually went for my 2 and a 1/2 mile
walk after lunch today because it was nice (but freaking hot)!!!
DAY 53 BREAKFAST
you guessed it breakfast in a bag so yummy and quick(170 cals 6 fat)
LUNCH
lean cusine chicken club pinni sandwhich(310 cals 9 fat)
SNACK
weight watchers cookie doe ice cream sundae(170 cals 3 fat)yep fats only 3 I had 4 yesterday wrong
DINNER
lean cusine lasagna w 2 mini breast patties(280 cals 8 fat)2 servings mixed veggies(90 cals 0 fat)
SNACK
slimfast peanutbutter crunch bar(120 cals 4 fat)
I drink water all the time no juices or diet sodas! I went for a 2 1/2 mile fast pace walkI did 3 miles on my stationary bike and 50 crunches and trampoline for 10 minutes and some weights.I am trying to step up my exersiceing somewhat.Tammy

Now I feel so guilty goofing at the gym just now. I promise I'll return there after work to do the proper stuff.:p

Hello and thanks PINKY AND JELLY!
I wanted to walk bunches today to try out my new pedometer but it is so darn dark and suppose to rain more today.I am giving bingo another go tonight (I need money lol) I wanna hit big so I can knock off some xmas presents I must have 20 kids to buy for not counting my 4 lol!
I am hoping after bingo around 10ish it will be clear so I can go walk,it's gonna be cool but nothing a hoodie won't help.
DAY54 BREAKFAST
OMG no breakfast in a bag ran out of egg sub so I had these little debbie healthsmart bannah mini muffins (2 in a pk)(140 cals 3 fat)I wasn't about to fix 2 reg eggs they are 70 cals a piece and 4.5 fat a piece!
LUNCH
1 southbeach turkey wraps w mustard(210 fat 9 fat)
SNACK
1 med apple w/ reduce fat peanutbutter(170 cals 5 fat)
DINNER
1 weightwatchers fettichini chciken(280 cals 8 fat)2 servings of french style greenbeans(60 cals 0 fat)
SNACK
1 pk reessee mix (100 cals 4 fat)
I will update exersices when I get home gotta see what weather is doing.
I walked a mile it was to windy cold out then I just came home did 20 minutes
on exersice bike and some trampoline and weights no crunches tonight tummy

LOL! I don't blame you about not wanting to fix regular eggs - I used to eat 2 a day, and now....urgh, I do not want to give up the calories & fat for them compared to the substitute!!

Although, sometimes I do miss a regular fried egg instead of having an omelette or scrambled one.

My breakfast in a bag is really good but when it comes
to frieing up an egg in the skillet nothing like breaking 2 shells and
cooking them right up!Well I am off to bed gotta weigh in tomorrow

Hello Diary,
I weighed in at 195 this morning thats - 3 lbs
gone, with 45 lbs to go!I never thought I could ever get below 200
because I did it once a lonnnnng time ago and I knew how hard it
was and I had the "I was meant to be fat outlook" Once again thanks
to alot of great people that stop by really helps, I never really had
support, I would get the family members and hubby like on a diet
again attitude lets see how long this 1 will last! So thanks again
every1 for awesome support!
I am taking the night off exersiceing and I am hitting a steak house!
I feel I deserve it, my don't eat after 8pm still applies.
DAY 55 BREAKFAST
2 pieces of strawberry and creamcheese bread (200 cals 8 fat)
LUNCH
1 lean cusine chcicken club pinni sandwhich(310 cals 9 fat)
DINNER WHO KNOWS!:)
texas roadhouse-->1 6oz steak 1 barBque chicken breast and double
mash potatoe's 2 dinner rolls and 1/2 cup coke(1400 cals guessing!)
I waited an hour then walked fast fast 4 miles to atleast work off taters
Not a horrible day and out to eat is out of my system for a week or 2

I didn't do too to bad but went out to eat at
TEXAS ROADHOUSE and had a pick 2 6 oz steak and a BarBq
chicken breast 2 dinner rolls and 2 sides of mash potatoes
no desert and I walked 4 miles to make up for the potaters!
Ok out to eat out of my system for a week or 2 Tammy

I looove sweet potaotos. It's the marshmallows that have 3 gazillion calories in them! :eek: But they sure are yummy on top of sweet potatos! yuummm
 
Cleaning day...Oh Joy

Hello,
I spent 2 and a 1/2 hours cleaning my darn bedroom
because it is so cluttered with my clothes baby clothes kids clothes
arts and crafts stuff videos the list ghoes on and on, but what started it
was my basement gets a bit chilly in the winter and I wanted my
stationary bike uphere and I knew hubby would bit** if I just crammed
it in with the rest of the things so I cleaned and cleaned and about
keeled over lol! Anyway it is a total different enviroment up here in
compared to down in the basement I have TV now much brighter room!
ok on with........................... DAY 56 BREAKFAT
SLEPTTTTTTTTT
LUNCH

greenbeans(120 cals 0 fat)1 lean cuisine lasagna w 2 mini breast patties

1 slimfast peanutbutter crunch bar dead on a butterfinger a must have in the sweet tooth cabnet(120 cals 4 fat)
I did 5.4 miles on my stationary bike 30 minutes and I cleaned hardcore and moved furniture around!Tammy
 
Hi Tammy - that sounds like my bedroom!! I cleaned it Friday but it's still pretty cluttered. I think I need to have a yard sale! :p
 
Wow I would be rich if I had a yard sale that's if people actually
