What's your new diet? *she said curiously/nosily* :confused:

Well, its actually the same diet. By "new" I just meant returning to my lighter eating exercise plan. I keep my calories under 2000 per day(sometimes well under, like 1500 or so) and try to exercise 30-60 minutes(didn't even exercise yesterday though). I'm mostly losing the innitial water weight due to overeating and lots of salts and sugars and such.
 
I've been stuck for the past few days. I've been dieting and exercising and I even tried upping my calories but no luck!
 
Have you tried tracking sodium and fiber in your daily food? I Know that makes a huge difference with me when sodium is high and fiber is low...
 
Thanks for stopping by my journal and giving your words of encouragement. You're doing well yourself :) Maybe you've been stuck because your body is trying to stabalize itself. Hopfully in a few days you'll start dropping off again.
 
I'm down to 283 today. Which may not look significant on my weight loss sinature(at the bottom of my posts) but I actually got up to somewhere around 287 since I started back.
 
282 this morning. I feel like it should be coming off quicker as much as I'm dieting and exercising and compared to previous weight loss. Oh well, I'm happy it's going down.
 
I ate well all day and walked/jogged for 25 minutes tonight and did tae bo earlier today. So hopefully we'll see some results.
 
Down to 281 today. Changed my ticker to reflect the beginning weight on 7/2/07(the day I actually restarted my diet)
