Cheated last night and at lunch today. But I'm not letting it get me down. I worked out very hard a little while ago. Later
 
Hey there--congrats on the lb down! You're doing great! Man oh man I cheated yesterday--cheese, chocolate truffles, beer and champagne...oh shit I don't even think I ate much FOOD yesterday, although I did eat about 20 small peaches. Anyway, keep going!
 
279 today! thats ten pounds down from my starting weight. Did tae bo today and eating 3 light(for me) meals a day. Blueberry bagel with that low fat spray butter for breakfast. 2 lean hotdogs for lunch. milk and two kudos bars(probably shouldn't have had those) will try to get a couple fruits in and have a sanwich for dinner. Later
 
Hey a lot of us guys have fruits and veggie issues. Like anything start slow and try adding a bit more and a bit more.

Thanks for the advice, I will make more of an effort tomorrow as I didn't have any today.

I never did even get to eat dinner. I waited to long and had to go to class from 6-8:30. I ate another kudos bar when I got home.

Take it one day at a time and realize this is a lifestyle not a diet. We all have ups and downs, the important thing is to keep trying. Congrats on the 10 pounds!

Don't worry, I'm not on some quick fix diet. My diet has changed though and I use that word even though I know it draws a lot of different conotations and meanings to people but thats what it is. Once I reach my goal my diet will be adjusted to maintain and I will(of course) not return to my original diet of mcdonalds, hot dogs and pizza. Cheers
 
Went on a half hour walk/jog and had a ham sandwich with goldfish for lunch. I'm kicking arse today.
