I weighed in at 269 today, I haven't updated in a few days. That's 20 lbs lost so far.

Finally down to 268, I ate bad and quit exercising for a few days and gained back to 273 or 274 and have just now gotten back to where I was.
 
You are doing amazing!! Don't worry about a few days. What matters is that you are able to get back on track without too much of a delay. :)

Well it was actually 12 days to gain and lose the weight again. But it doesn't matter. Thanks for the support.
 
266 today. I've been getting a lot of exercise refinishing hardwood floors lately. Still maintaining diet as well. Thanks for reading.
 
Just wanted to check in and say that I'm down to 262. I know my posts are short but I don't have much to say. Thanks for reading
 
Alright everyone, it's been a long time since I posted on my diary. I fell off the wagon and gained every bit of the weight back + a few pounds. I have started again and have lost 4 lbs now. I can't remember the code for my ticker at the bottom so I will fix that later.
