Day 10

276lbs

Fore breakfast I had a bagel and lowfat butter and water. It's nasty outside today but I still plan on doing some sort of exercise.
 
Walking in the mountains, how cool! Here in Phoenix we have "mountains" but the ones people climb in city are the sort you can get to the top of in a half hour. Doesn't seem very mountainy to me.
 
Day 10 cont.

Had a bagel for breakfast, sandwhich for lunch and an apple sauce. and for dinner I'm having another sandwhich. It's storming outside so I plan on doing tae bow boot camp.(just need to make myself do it).
 
Day 10 final
Ok just did 30 mins of tae bo, not sure which version. Billy Blanks kicked my butt. I didn't want to exercise but I made myself. Knowing I have to report here really helps. Enjoy your evening everybody.

You are doing so well! And losing weight like crazy! I agree with what you say about having to report in here. I didn't report anything from the last two days, and I just felt awful about it. So I redid all my commitments last night. And tae bo? Kudos to you! Tae bo can kick my butt on my best day!
 
I just lowered my goal weight to 185. I think thats close to where I need to be. I'll see when I get there though.

Day 10 Cont.

I did 30 mins of tae bo. Walk/jog 20min. For breakfast I had a bagel and spray butter. For lunch I had a sandwhich and fruit cup. Been drinking lots of water today. Stay tuned
 
For dinner I ate a little extra because I exercised extra. I had a personal lasagna, some baked bbq chips. a little package of chocolate things. You might think this is gross but I am posting everything I ate, I also had a little light ranch on the lasgna and chips. Thanks for reading
 
Ended up drinking a beer and a half tonight too. Probably shouldn't have but oh well, I still didn't have that many calories. Goodnight
 
Day 11

274lbs

I had a bagel for breakfast, a baked potato for lunch(loaded) and a lean cuisine mac n cheese. Many bud lights. tae bo 30 mins and 20 min walk(before the drinking).

274lbs

Down from actually 274.8lbs yesterday, I guess thats what I get for rounding down. Had many beers last night but still ate right all day and still managed to lose .8lbs. I'm pretty happy with that. I had a bagel for breakfast today so far. Thanks for reading.
