Day 12 Cont

I decided to have a "cheat meal" and boy did I ever. I had kfc-2pieces fried chicken, mac'n cheese, biscuit,buffalo snacker, and potato wedges. Tea with splenda. Some ketchup and ranch and hot sauce. I know that's a lot of crap, no idea how many calories but I will have a light dinner to counter the calories. Cheers

no more cheat days and that weight will be flying off.
at least you had one to learn from :) if you hadnt have had a cheat day you would never have realised its effects
 
Morning Stuco, sorry for the confusion over the weight loss there! Still, it sounds like you were at 276 and now I see you are at 274 so you are certainly moving in the right direction and not too slowly either :) However, I see from your ticker you have lost 10lbs so far - Congratulations!!
 
How's it going Stuco? Don't worry too much about being stuck. We all hit plateaus. You got down to 274 before though so just keep trying and you'll get back and be on your way again before you know it :) Have a great day!
 
Sorry, I fell off the wagon. I will check in more often. I gained back the weight but am going back down again.

i'd love to see you achieve your goal. you are a nice cheery face to have around here and i miss having you posting.
well done for getting back up and starting again. that takes a lot of courage. and maybe this time you will learn from your mistake - you may have seen how easy it is to gain it all back so wont do it again. i hope.
