204 this morning--I'll take that! That's 2lbs down this week :smash:

Feeling pretty sorry for myself--Picked up yesterday and had a smoke with the boys, followed by a bottle of wine! Managed to stay away from the dreaded munchies though! Only had a small bowl of pasta for dinner with a little low-fat cheese.

Need to go to the gym but meeting the girls for lunch first--then it'll be a bit of a battle to convince myself to go. I'm already busy tues, weds and thurs in the evening so wont be able to go then. So I need to go today, tomorrow, and friday to make up for it. Let's hope I go!
 
I went! I really didn't want to go, but I went! So tired now. I went straight from lunch with the girls to the gym which was 1.5 miles and then I did 60 mins (30 mins treadmill, high incline, 30 mins bike) and walked home! So lots of exercise!

*falls asleep*
 
I can't believe that you always walk back from the gym! Haven't you already done enough working out :)

Also congrats on the 2 pound lost, thats really good after the pizza.

So sore from working out yesterday--but packing my bag and going to the gym after work :D I'm gonna have an awesome week. Had a smoke with Yank last night and decided to eat 4 cheese strings...Clearly need to pack in the weed whilst I'm dieting!!

Eating greens is less fun than smoking greens though. We smoke the green stuff very rarely though (although I smoke ciggies too :ack2:)--maybe once every 2 months. But we do love it! It helps with my sleeping, anxiety but not the eating :sifone:

Anyway, I failed today. Eating is spot on but I forgot my gym kit so I didn't go. Which is shitty. I know I could of come home and grabbed it but I literally go past the gym on my bus ride home and I couldn't face going back out. One of the kids had a nosebleed today and hid it from me, stored all the blood in his mouth and then spat it in my face--I'm not feeling too motivated right now! It's been a long ass Monday and I'm gonna get my whale-butt into my sweats and smoke a J, clean the house and make something delicious and healthy for dinner.

One of those days, people! No idea when I'll be able to go--I work late tomorrow and the thought of going to the gym at peak time (6pm) just makes me feel sick with anxiety. I'm thinking I'll take my stuff with me in case I man up during the day tomorow and decide to go. And then I'm babysitting my friends kids on Weds night and then at my new job induction on Thursday :( Which means I'll have to go Friday, Sat and Sun just to have gone 3 times in a week, which is shit.

Anyway, enough of my 1st world problems.

Stupid funking Monday.

Gross on the nosebleed... one of my babysit ankle-biters had a massive nosebleed a few weeks ago, never seen that much blood in my life. But he was good and did not do anything terrible with the blood (but he did get it all over everywhere... ah kids, you think they have maxed out on grossness and then they make a comeback with something even more disgusting!).

You did so good on the weekend, very impressed! I forget my gym clothes regularly... clearly my mind's way of rebelling. But you know the beauty of this, you can just take it in tomorrow and make up for the time lost today!

Awh thanks my dears :beating: What nice comments to wake up to!

Managed to get to the gym yesterday! Massive achievement for me as it was packed full of skinny people and I was there in my horrible baggy tshirt looking like the creature from the black lagoon. But I stuck it out, got over the anxiety and did a 5.5 mile ride on one of the bikes which I was impressed with. HR stayed between 145-160 which I think is alright for my age/weight? Not sure.

Have OFSTED in school today and tomorrow so stressed doesn't quite cover it this morning! Getting inspected when you work in the autistic unit with very severe behavioral problems is not fun. Most of our kids are non-verbal and can be very violent and shit always seems to hit the fan when strangers start coming round--will try to be positive though, we can't work any harder than we already do.

Babysitting tonight so hopefully they wont be back too late as need an early night this evening..Then meeting the new boss on thursday..So glad I got to the gym last night :D

Food was fine. Crackers and philli for lunch, WW lasagne and low-fat chips for dinner--no snacking!
 
Great job at the gym! Does the anxiety ease up once you actually get on the bike and get moving? I'm bad about trying to avoid situations just because I'm nervous about some 10 second pocket of time that will be over so quickly (like finding a friend at a crowded bar). It's never worth skipping out though!
