Ohhhh, I've been whaling around being a giant whale. Seriously, I've been so naughty. Feel like such a heffer. Up to 210 again. Just going around in fucking circles. Motivated for a while, loose 5lbs, can't be fucked to keep trying, put it on, repeat repeat REPEAT.

Right, rant over.

Woke up with the best intentions today--had an apple & some leftover pasta for lunch and then I go t ahuge bag of tortilla chips, a tub of cream cheese and ate half a bag with the dip. :piggy:

New day tomorrow. I'm back now, need to be accountable again.

Work is MENTAL. Absolutely loving it (and the extra £450 I'll be getting in my pay cheque ;)) but the hours are funky and my sleep is all out of whack. I eat one of my meals a day at work & there is an abundance of fruit, veg, hams etc so no excuse not to have a healthy lunch.

Hope everyone else is well.

It happens to fall in temptation. Tomorrow is an other day and you will be proud of what you will accomplish tomorrow! :)

I k ow its hard but you will get there. We all have days where we can't not get those chips and dip. Tomorrow is a new day and the day to refocus :)
 
Hey, just popping in. "Put that Down Fatty" was too catchy to resist & something I've said to myself on more than one occasion.
Those chips and dip sound delicious. ;) When you slip like that, enjoy it & move on like a champ. I'm w/ Nostalgic... a new day is new opportunity to make better choices.
 
On my first go round I was the same way. Motivation would come and go. This time around I decided to really dig deep and once I really started to see some results it made things a lot easier. Granted I definitely have my very bad days where I eat... a... lot, but those are few and far between now. Just take a step back, take a deep breath, and dig deep. You can do this! :)
 
Don't beat yourself up for eating bad foods, just put it behind you and try again tomorrow. Getting upset and focusing on it is more likely to make you do it again and again and just make you feel worse. It happens to all of us :)

Hope yesterday and today were better for you.
 
I totally feel you Sunflower! Got down to 198 and now I'm back up to 200 :( And its so sad I made this huge post in my diary about goodbye forever 200's ... FAIL lol. Just get back on that horse girl if we keep trying we'll get there. I got my license suspended for 3 months so I'm pavement 'pimpin' right now hopefully the extra walking will help with my numbers.... I kicked so much ass in June and then July and August have been slack I need to to commit to this and get 'er done...

New motivation? Looking HAWT in my Halloween costume! I haven't been single for Halloween in seven years and I wanna do this one up right in something sexay and looking good in it :D

Feeling far more positive. Just want payday to hurry it's ass up so I can buy lots of healthy noms. We're at the "eating whatever is in the cupboard" part of the month!! Sausage and low-fat cream cheese pasta tonight. Have done a 28 hour shift so have been very good & ate a jacket potato for dinner last night & then just fruit today. Will weigh in on Friday I think to see if I've shifted anything!!

Busybusy--got cleaning to do now! Hope everyone is good--will get around to diaries later this week! :D

PAY DAY TOMORROW. Bring on the healthy meals.
Have been drinking far too much so need to cut out my beloved wine (and the cheese, crackers, late night drunken fridge hunting that comes with it.)

Working ALL weekend. Literally. 48 hours. Of work. All weekend. But still really enjoying it. Ate well yesterday but drank far too much. Drinking a butt-ton of water and going to go out to buy stuff to make veggie stir fry tonight.

Hope everyone's all groovy :piggy:
 
Temptation sucks, doesn't it? Its ability to shut down logic is more amazing than political pundits, and it's just as loud.

It looks like a few of us have been in the same boat motivation wise. my scale currently says I'm like 13 pounds heavier than my lowest weight! Some is water weight but I've definitely put on some pounds! Yuck! I'm sure we can get back on track though!
