Yeah--I love drinking. And smoking. And eating. I'm a ticking time bomb!!
Work was pretty decent today--no injuries for a change! I drank 3L of water yesterday AND today (it's only 5pm as well!) so feel very good about that. Ate well for lunch and just having some popcorn now (made at home, no added crap) and more water. I'm back at my folks from tomorrow until Sunday so wont post over the weekend unless I can pinch the laptop at home.
