1 mile in 25 min? lol... i think i can only do that if i am on rollerblades!:p U r doing so much better. Gives me the motivation. U go gal! Keep up and press on!!!:D
 
gret job on the mile dude!!! I walk for aboot 1 hr each day, not sure on distance but when i started 20min and i was spent, it is great to hit higher and higher marks, it feel really good infact!!!!! HIgh five laters STAR

Thanks everyone - welcome back JB.

Just got back from the allergist. Boy that Dr. is too cute, Mideastern accent, kind eyes -*purrs* lol... but wayy too skinny! The appointment went well, I get to breathe again!!! YAY! I have a sever allergy to dust mites and about 20 other little nasties. I'm going to begin shots within the 6 weeks. But if they make me feel better then I'm all for it.

More great news, down another 6lb to 320. Double Yay! Welp, I'm going to go take my walk.. it should be interesting since I've had a nebulizer treatment, two inhaler puffs for asthma, allergy meds and a little nose spray. (I have the jitters from all that right now... can you tell? ;))

Now that I can breath that mile should be cake...mmmm cake *drool*

Awesometastic on the one mile! And 6 lb!! And being able to breathe!!! :) You sound like you're doing very well indeed. Sorry about you and your ex, hopefully in time it won't hurt to be friendly with him, though in the meantime feel free to make cute little voodoo dolls and put them up on your website... just an idea... *Grin* Keep on going!

Your doing great keep up the healthy eating and the walks
which I firmly believe is the way to weightloss, you don't need
a gym membership to lose just go for the enjoyable walks
everyday and BAM the pounds disapear! Now I will be whinning
come winter time it was 41 this morning and I couldn't warm

Funny story: I was on my walk (1 mile again - yay) and I had decided to play some of my "booty shaking" mix while I walked instead of the usual fitpod track (was a in good mood so sue me ;)). A track by Missy Elliot came on where she samples the Sugar Hill Gang’s “Tonto, Jump on It!” and who can hear that not shake your butt… who? I mean seriously, even just a little bit.

Well, I stopped and did the requisite booty shake. But just a little one – I swear!

Aaaannnddd… I got busted. I didn’t notice the guy sitting on his porch until he hollered ‘Woooooooo!”.. lol. :eek:

Welp I don’t have to worry about a lonely Friday night! No not a date - my parents are taking me out for lè birthday supper. Not sure where we’re going but I hope I can control myself. But I’m still free for coffee… ;) :p

I’ll post foods and stuff when I get home – hope everyone had a good day!

Hi guys, thanks for stopping in, sorry had to put the booty away for the night - must be good around the parents. ;) No kidding Mike - I'd love to keep a mile a day up. I'm actually starting really enjoy it! :eek: Cannon - yes it will definitely be worth it in the end. I'd love to get back on my feet.

So tired right now, I think I'm going to type this up and hit the hay.

Supper was so yummy. I tried to be good but that's hard to do at the Red Lobster (oh so classy..lol ;) ) After that we went and got some shoes. On sale too, score! I got some New Balance Running shoes and a pair of Pumas (marked down to $15.00 -woot!) No more blisters!! (or at least I hope)

Breakfast: 7 mini carmel rice cakes & 21 mini pretzel sticks
Lunch: 1 can tomato soup with 5 saltine crackers and 1/4c. shredded mozzarella cheese, 10 raw baby carrots
Supper: Caesar salad, dressing on the side - used very little, stuffed flounder, broiled shrimp & scallops, baked potato with pica de gillo (no butter or sour cream)... oh and 1 cheddar biscuit

Totals:
CALORIES: 1,712
CARBS: 196
FAT: 52
PROTEIN: 85

Water:
about 60oz.
Exercise: 1 mile & 1 booty shake - no clue on the time as I sat on the porch for a little bit before going in and checking the clock.

Not too bad... it's a dang good thing that I was good earlier in the day or supper would have sunk me!
 
Hey I've always wanted to ask but for some reason never did, what part of Indiana are you from? I have family that lives in Fairland, Greenwood? i think and Shelbyville/Manilla. I was born in Indy and I LOVE IT THERE! I'm gonna move back hopefully within the next 2 years to start my cafe.
