My Starbucks buzz just hit me. I haven’t had any caffeine in weeks and boy can I tell!! I got a Double-Shot Espresso (no sugar, no milk) brought it home and added 1c. 1% milk to it. (Thanks Mal for the tip about the shorty - I knew they had the little tiny cup but never had the cojones to ask for it, now that I know the name I can be all nonchalant about it - “yeah, gimme a short non-fat latte -thaaanks!”)
This was my treat for staying on the wagon for exactly one week. Woohoo!!
I thought of things to write on my way home, had it allll planned out but dang if I didn’t forget. Oh well, maybe later.
Breakfast: Yo! Crunch Strawberry (minus about 1oz. cause it tasted seriously weewow)
Lunch: Spaghetti with a garlic yogurt sauce (yeah tastes about as good as it sound, bleh! only ate about half, won’t be making that again) small salad with carrots & fresh mushrooms and 1T. ranch dressing
Snack: aforementioned espresso, 1/2 blueberry muffin
Supper: 1 small grilled chicken breast (skin & bone removed) cheddar rice (Lipton Mix) with extra broccoli and some mushrooms
Dessert: Smart Ones Cookie Dough Sundea
Total Calories: 1,251
Carbs: 157
Fat: 29
Protien: 74
Water: 3 20oz bottles
Exercise: None, still can't breath!
