I am from Indiana too... I am around the Terre Haute area...about and 45 mins from Indy :D

You know, walkin' with music can be a fun thing AND an embarassing thing ;)

Not only have I shaked my booty - but I've been passed by joggers WHILE i've been singing. Loudly. That's very, VERY scary ;)

It's great getting into the groove, isn't it?!!

You're doing great girl, and congrats on the new shoes, you'll need them!
 
y'all just crack me up - thanks for the compliments on the new av, like I said, having a great hair day and thought I'd share. ;)

I'm near Evansville, about 20- 30 min away. I've only been north once to Indy, so see the no longer talking to me friend. Ok, well twice - wine tasting with the parents. Good times...

So yeah... had a good food day actually and on a weekend too! :eek: :eek: :eek:

Breakfast: yogurt and 9 mini pretzels sticks
Lunch: subway veggie delight 6"
Snack: 5 tiny toasts with less than an oz. of cream cheese
Supper: 3 meat & cheese enchiladas and a small salad

Totals:
CALORIES: 1,630
CARBS: 203
FAT: 68
PROTEIN: 58

Water: 111oz - !!! I helps if you get a big big container and just think - "ok I have to drink 3 of these" instead of looking at it like 13 cups. But I don't think my bladder was as convinced as my head. :rolleyes:
Exercise: None - but I will tomorrow, I promise ;)

Nice job on finding some great shoes-- and perhaps even better, finding a store that doesn't have a mean cranky person as the sales rep? :)

Those blister photos were kinda scary there, but I run on NB's without a problem, so hopefully they will be good to you too! Good luck on a MILE A DAY! WOO!!!
