Thoughts
Ok, so my calorie consumption is still on high at the moment. I am trying to curb it down but it is a hard thing to do.
I have noticed, as I mentioned previously, that if I do my workouts in the morning before doing anything else I feel less hungry during the day. Maybe I feel hungry for exercise as opposed to food and the two cross wires if I wait to exercise I don’t know. I have a week of late shifts coming up (well, three days at the start of next week) so I will test this theory of mine seeing as I’ll have to exercise in the morning of I won’t get the chance!
I had to skip my session of Insanity yesterday due to simply not having enough hours in the day, so I’m doing it today to make up for it, which means there’s an extra session for next week’s exercise info.
As to exercise, Insanity is going well so far, feeling the burn. All sweat and sore muscles afterwards, so it must be working. I have also decided to only show half of the regular calculated burned calories for it simply because there is no way for me to really calculate it. I’m still doing the Zombie runs, still enjoying them immensely. I think my running is getting better, I don’t have the stamina for more than minute run drills at the moment, but I do think I’m getting better.
Even with my calories being over again this week I still managed to lose 2kg. I am so pleased! If this keeps up I could be at 100kg by the time my brother’s wedding rolls round, the lowest I have seen in many years! And from there it’s only another 41kg down to my ideal weight. If I keep working hard, exercising and doing my best with my calorie consumption I could be as fit as I always wanted to be.
