@Tory... you're the one doing the Insanity Workout right? I'm considering doing this, my mum and dad are interested to. they don't really need to lose weight or anything, but I think it's their way of being supportive. I assume it must be really hard, but any weightloss is good weightloss! I'm think of starting it at the start of June, when Ii'm five weeks into my running and feeling a bit fitter.
I change my Zombie run up when I do it, taking different routes that have hills and stuff sometimes v flats. It's going well so far. I think anyway.
