Mmm mini rolls are amazing though! I've been taking a packed lunch in this week--hated making it up at 10 last night though!
 
another one here who prefers AM workouts. My BF though is not a morning person so if I'm going to the gym with him sometimes we don't make it until like, noon. I also drink a ton of water a day. I have a 36 oz nalgene bottle that I keep with me at all times. I usually fill it 3 or 4 times a day. I'm big on hydration, I also make my son carry around a water bottle constantly and drink it.
 
I'm not good with water, it's so very bland, I prefer flavour. lol. But I am trying to make myself drink more water.

So tired... 4 days into my second week of Insanity! Soooooooo tired! lol. bed early tonight I think.
 
Make sure your water is COLD. I always keep my water in the fridge and make sure that I fill it in the evening so it's fully cold by the next day when I want to drink more. I also freeze my half filled water bottle that I take with me to work, then in the morning before work I fill it with cold fridge water and that keeps it cold all day. I fill it as needed throughout the day with the chilled water cooler water.
You can use stuff like mio's and such. Some people like just squeezing in some fruit, but I hate 'slightly' flavored water. It just tastes like someone didn't wash the cup before you filled it with water.
 
I like Mio and some of the generic water enhancers. Right now my favorite is the safeway brand (store brand) coconut water. It has potassium in it so I feel like I'm being extra healthy ;) lol
 
Went out last night and stayed over in someone's house. They have no scales! Which leaves me unable to do my normal weigh in! I'm going to have to postpone until tomorrow!

I'm disappointed that this hasn't really changed. Now, I am moving more towards the lower side of those sizes, but only in certain clothes. I still can't fit into a pair of non stretch 20 jeans. Ah well, must work harder!

Ok, I need to be honest here. In terms of my suicide jumps I'm not doing them the way they do it on the video, but I do the eqivilant of them by way of stepping back instead of jumping. Push up jacks are impossible for me to do. I just do pressups with my knees on the floor instead, which really don't count which is why I don't add them. If I was do even one pushup jack in the last fitness test I will be so pleased with myself!

And now I have to go get ready for work. sigh.
 
Ok, I offically really have to start kicking up my weightloss and fitness. I am now offically engaged!

I mean... seriously... he has no idea what he's getting himself into but I really don't care. I never actually thought this would ever, ever happen and now... Wow.

I tried a live Insanity class once. I couldn't do push-up jacks either!

Iit gives be a very noce incentive. So my goals are now;

1. Brothers Wedding (will not look like a what in the dress) -August
2. Italy (will make it to the top of Vesuvius without looking like a sweaty tourist!) -September
3. Move in to new house (with my now bethrothed ((because I can't spell the other word...))) - Feburary/March
4. My Wedding... (oh man my mums going to have so much fun with this. lol) - Halloween? I wonder if I can talk him into that?

Now, hopefully I'll be my goal weight long before my wedding rolls round. I would like to be very close to there by the time we move in together to be honest. Just have to keep working hard and eating well. So this is actually it. crunch time. If I don't get myself sorted I never will.

OMG CONGRATULATIONS!!! I am so happy for you! So much incentive in that! Halloween would make an awesome wedding theme. You could run down the aisle from zombies ;) hahaha!

I'm actually hoping to get a druid for a handfasting. A christian ceromony in the morning in his families chapel, Navan Fort in the afternoon for the handfasting and reception. Ii have no idea how the evening is going to work out. lol. I want it around the autumn equinox or halloween. He's coming over tonight for 'discussions' lol. Obviously not this autumn, next maybe? Hopefully.

Thoughts

Ok, these last two weeks have been awkward, in the sense that I don’t know what I weighed last week so I can’t compare, but losing less that a kg in two weeks is a bit depressing. People keep commenting on how I look like I’ve lost weight but it doesn’t feel like I have. In fact, I’ve been feeling heavier recently.

I’m taking two days this weekend to recover from all the Insanity Workouts, the tops of my legs have been hurting a bit so I figure the rest might do them good, ready to start back into it tomorrow with gusto.

On a much happier note, most of you already know, but my boyfriend of just over 6 months, asked me to marry him. He got me a braclet, which I thought was very astute of him given I don’t much wear rings (like at all). So that’s another ultimate goal to work towards. Next September is when I’m getting married (only just managed to stop him stressing over it and moving in together in the same year. My Daddy is an awesome person who’s going to pay for the whole thing. Only £5000, I do not want a really expensive one!) I have it all planned out already, Christian ceremony in his families chapel, Navan Fort (a pagan buriel Mound and culture centre) for a traditional old style celtic banquet, a handfasting by a druid, and a celtic/medieval style wedding dress.

What that all means is that I need to seriously up my game to eat less, eat healthier, and exercise more, because I need to be as close to my ideal weight as possible by next year! I can see Insanity becoming a staple in my exercise routine if it drops me the two dress sizes Ii want it to by the end of July.

Only two weeks left of my Zombies, Run! C25K training, I don’t think I’ll be able to actually run the 5km, but I’ll give it a fair shot. And then I get to move on to the actual game. Looking forward to that. As I lose weight and get fitter I’m hoping I’ll be able to run more than 2 ½ min stretch, which is a lot longer than I ever thought I could run in the beginning, but still not 5km. lol.

Your losses look great! And small amounts of weight can make a big difference. If you go to my diary you can see progress pics I took that show the difference just 4 pounds made. Doing more weightlifting this month really helped make me look more trim than I am, especially me back!
