I'm not doing so well on that trying to intigrate breakfast into my life mini goal. Any suggestions?
How did i miss this thread. Wow, that was some entertaining reading. This is going to be a place to stick around. As long as I am welcome. Please tell me I am?

I'm guilty of the coffee thing too...
When I do eat breakfast, I try to eat something with some fiber. I like cinnamon apple oatmeal and Total raisin bran. The oatmeal is about 130 calories...the Total w/skim milk is about 200 calories.

Eggs. They are the gold standard of protein and very flexible. I hate em personally, but I love the freak outta some omeletes for some reason, so that is the backbone of my breakfast.
And if I recall right a 3 egg omelete (1 whole egg, 2 whites) with a portion of 2% cheddar and canadian bacon, plus a single bowl of cheerios with 1% milk is around 400 cals. Maybe it took an OJ to get those numbers up, I forget.
Or you could poach em and serve on english muffins with whatever. Or in a fritatta. Or.......

Okay, you can stay, but you have to pull your weight, the sink is overflowing with dishes-get to work!
