Hatchlands would be really easy for us to go to. It is about 20 miles away from home by car. If you headed out of the centre of London by train we could pick you up and go there in the car.

Hatchlands is near Guildford. When we went last week there was a really pretty bit. There was a little clearing in the woods that was all bluebells. There was so many of them that it seemed like a hidden pond. I think that Rod took a photo but I dont think that he has dealt with it yet - if he loads it up I will post it.

The WW leader was really nice. I thought that she might be a bit funny about me having lost the bulk of my weight already - but she was so positive about it - more positive than I ever thought possible! It is apparently 17 years since she joined WW. I really think that joining them has been such a positive move for me. I have been logging my points at the end of the day and have been pleased to note that I have had points left over at the end of each day.
I also checked and my eating fits perfectly within "core" too. At first I thought that the way that I like to graze all afternoon and night on fruit would be a problem with core because you get charged points for core foods than you have at other than mealtimes. Then I a/ realised that it was ok to have fruit snacks from the core list and b/ realised that my pedometer points covered it anyway.
That points pedometer makes a huge difference to the points that I get. I am getting 6.5 or 7 points from the pedometer every day. That is enough to cover a lot of food. It really makes the difference between how easy or difficult it is to bring my food in at a basic setting of 17 points.
Take care

Hi Margaret
I made sure when I showered that I didn't wash my hair, but I have to wonder if just plain showering would have made my skin absorb back so much water??? I am very tired of dancing around 157. *sigh* I wonder if I need to be eating MORE food, as my workout level is pretty intense. Also, there is a chance that now my body is too "used to" my routine, and I need to tweak it. I don't want to. So there!
