General Data:
Morning walk = 6.3 miles
Round the block = 7 times (on two laps my husband came too)
Extra exercises = none
Weight = 11st 10.6lbs (i.e. 164.6 pounds)
Steps = 29,193
Distance = 11.28 miles
Remembered to take normal vitamin / supplements
Continued my creaming regime – missed one bio-oil massage.

My Food / Drink:
Challenge requires that I drink sufficient water.
Calculation (allow extra for weight to wiggle up during the week not that I want it to go that high)
168/2 = 84 * 29.5735 = 2484.174 ml = 2.49 litres
So 2.5 litres of water covers me.

3 weetabix, sweetener, 350 ml skimmed milk
1 large handful honey Shreddies
1 large handful honey Shreddies
2 small pears
38 grapes
Roast turkey, gravy, carrot, parsnip, brussel sprouts, sweetcorn, cauliflower
1 large handfuls of raisins
½ large handfuls of raisins
2.5 litres of cold water
some diet cola

That gives you 1.5 REAL points for next week. You can almost disregard the other points now because as discussed pretty much everyone left will keep on maximising all the other points (unless you come up with a real stinker like you have threatened). I would be intrigued to know what kind of stinker you have in mind because most people would not be phased by the things that phase me and most probably vice versa. Ban raisins and I will be the only person to sulk - make everyone exercise for three hours a day and I will feel fine! Feel free to use that one!!!!
