I do my best to have fun as often as possible! Thanks for coming by! I used to have like this really huge journal before, but this one is a bit more manageable for now. I'm sure it will grow to ginormous proportions again at some point... as long as it grows and I shrink, its all good.

as for food diaries...i'm such a slacker at heart that i just add whatever else i've eaten to it...& end up with the extra stuff just written in the margin. i just rebel at any kind of structure...for eg. saying only going to eat this/this & this for today etc...just makes me want the things i've told myself i'm not 'allowed' to eat today...if that makes any sense...anyway is it even possible to rebel at yourself??? hmmmmm that doesn't sound too healthy in itself

, 300 g carbs and 130g protein. Given my exercise level, this was acceptable, daily plate says I had a net intake of just over 2000 because they are scoring the exercise at about 1000 calories total. I'm not buying it, but I'll give it at least 500 calories worth.
