Hey Mate, good job on the 2lbs loss!! Just watch that ankle of yours, you dont wont to f*ck it up too badly that you cant exercise for a month or so!!!

I realized I never did my accountability from yesterday so here it is, copied from the challenge thread.
30 minutes of weights, upper body push split followed by 30 minutes of cycling.

2686 calories (actually low on a workout day), 82 g fat, 400g carbs, 118 g protein.

Fat was about right, carbs should be lower, protein higher, but pretty clean overall.

I earn another one (@)

Actually, that is a picture of my bicycle though, I have the same exact model and paint job. Yeah I know, the motorcycles and hot rods are cooler though... more fun too!

My birthdaughter contacted me almost 3 weeks ago and we do alot of chatting using Facebook. I got to meet her last week. Man is she ever beautiful!!!! When I have some time I will update over in my journal with some pics of the 2 of us. Until then...........

I'm playing copy paste again (lazy ass...)

Today I did 30 minutes at the gym, all weights, an upper body pull split (lat pulldowns, vertical rows, standing rows, bicep curls), to this I added some P/T exercises for my shoulder and some core (weighted back hyper extensions and crunches).

After this I cycled for 46 minutes, 12.5 miles for an average speed of just over 16 mph.

My food for the day (using the daily plate as a tracking device), came out to 3076 calories, 90 g of fat, 169 g of pretein, and 426g of carbs.

Basically this works out just about perfectly. Using my base of 2600 calories and adding a 500 calorie surplus to cover some of my exercise deficit, gives me 3100 cal, so I came in just under that.

today: 2991 cal, 63 g fat (wow, kinda low actually), 440 g carbs, 188 g of protein. pretty good! A couple hundred cals higher than my chosen range, because of a solid 30 minutes cycling (didn't have time for more), I did 8.5 miles, so 17 mph avg - I was moving pretty good!

Stress is crazy right now at work. I have worked for the same company for 22 years now. The business is so slow now that they have "offered" buy out packages to employees who qualify. I don't (which I consider good on some levels, I certainly could not afford to go at 44 years old...). The down side is that the verbage was strongly suggesting that if not enough people take the package that there will be, lemme see if the wording is correct, "involuntary workforce reductions".

I'm all about reduction these days but not there...
