Flat bench
1x8 @ 135, 1x5 @ 185, 1x5 @ 195, 1x5 @ 205
Decline press, 2x10 @ 135
overhead BB presses, 2x10 75lbs
Triceps:
Close grip press, 2x8 @105
cable pushdowns, 2x6@150
assisted dips, 2x6 (with assist, works out to about 220lbs)
Back hyper extensions, crunches
assorted P/T exercises for my shoulder (yeah, I'm a bucket of bolts).
Ankle feels pretty good, gonna try a short, easy bike ride.

cabbilicious..how does your plate look today??? your exercises look wonderful...
maybe you need some sort of incentive for recording your food journal as well as your exercise journal..

The ankle is still a little tender but apparently it doesn't affect my cycling a lot. Did 10 miles, 36 minutes total @ about 16 1/2 mph.
