I do my best to have fun as often as possible! Thanks for coming by! I used to have like this really huge journal before, but this one is a bit more manageable for now. I'm sure it will grow to ginormous proportions again at some point... as long as it grows and I shrink, its all good.

Hey, kid... Not sure if I'm up for a challenge just yet. I wanna see if I can stabilize a bit myself first. I'm not against the idea, but wanna think it through first.

Hey there! I agree with you on this! You want to get situated and then maybe start challanges... everyone is different but thats how i am too! I needed to get myself in check before competeing and being in a group challenge. i think making your own little goals and reaching them will help you get moving to where you need to be!

I commend you on coming back though!!! you can do it! you will get where you need to be hun!!! :) hope to see you around my journal too.... you will find quickly... that as my boyfriend puts it.... im bat shit crazy hehehe... but it keeps things interesting at least! :)

1x8 @ 135, 1x5 @ 185, 1x5 @ 195, 1x5 @ 205

Decline press, 2x10 @ 135

overhead BB presses, 2x10 75lbs


Triceps:
Close grip press, 2x8 @105
cable pushdowns, 2x6@150
assisted dips, 2x6 (with assist, works out to about 220lbs)

Back hyper extensions, crunches

assorted P/T exercises for my shoulder (yeah, I'm a bucket of bolts).

Ankle feels pretty good, gonna try a short, easy bike ride.

Hi guys, back in for a quickie (update I mean, get your minds out of the gutter).

The ankle is still a little tender but apparently it doesn't affect my cycling a lot. Did 10 miles, 36 minutes total @ about 16 1/2 mph.

I'll post calories and crap later :D

My plate looks wonderful today so far darlin' and I like your ideas, we think way too much alike.

BTW, To all the rest of the folks who popped in here too, I'll check back a little later when I have time.
 
Calories for the day (so far, I have a little more time left before I'm done) 1960, 63 g protein, 67 g fat, 221 g Carbs
I gotta add more protein before I'm done for the day and about 700 more calories.
 
Hey hey cabbie man. Yea looks like we both kinda left for a bit to work out some stuff. Glad you made it back. Glad you stopped by my diary. Hope the ankle starts feeling better. When ever you feel like being a perv feel free to stop by my diary. this newly single life has me a bit frustrated and I need another perv around lol.
 
Okay my eating today was good, if not actually just a bit low overall. Total calories 2740, 119 g protein, 85 g fat, 338 Carbs. Need to be more conscious of my ratios. With my working out I should be a bit higher on the rpotein, a little lower on the carbs, the fat was actually not too bad.
