I have tweaked and tweaked and this is the best I can do, trying to balance food gave me a headache. I had to add cookies to get my fat intake up!

I couldn't believe it...everything else I tried make my carb count go up too high. I don't like my sodium intake but I don't exceed the limit...I'll work on that for Friday, I'm pooped now. This was harder than I thought.
