LOL Yea, I've been visiting the bathroom quite a bit! It's not that far away...it needs to be further so I can add some steps to my pedometer! I've pretty much been in my office all day. That'll change soon though.

I almost sprayed water out of my nose when I read this! haha

Did you know that on a walk the other day I had to stop at a prota potty to go to the bathroom?? :eek: It was on a construction site.... not the best! haha

You sparked an uproar over menue's? Hmmm must of missed
that 1 ! I am exploring the sparkpeople website to I figgured out how to
start a page as for the food tracker hmmm computer illiterate!Fitday you
simply put the foods in your eating and nutrion info and next time you just
look it up and add it.But I only see spark menue I dont see a custom 1?
I will figure it out eventually lol! I go there for the great recipies and they
have some intersting challanges to the more challanges the marrier!

You know construction workers have peep holes in the back of those, don't you? ROTFL....I just made that up...but I wouldn't put it past them! :D

Well thankfully I wasn't alone! My mother in law was there laughing it up with the construction workers... I always walk really fast when we pass that house site!!!:D

Go to Meal Planner, and you'll see "add food not in meal plan" over the menu they lay out. It took me a little while to see it.
 
When I posted my menu earlier, I hadn't decided on dinner yet. Well, I've decided....I'm preparing spaghetti and meatballs with whole wheat/grain noodles and lean turkey. I'm mixing some green and red peppers and onions into the sauce to sneak in a few veggies. Also having corn on the cob for me and my daughter wants sweet peas. I'll calculate calories later to see how I end up for the day.

Forgot to add that the sauce is Classico's Traditional Sweet Basil...yummy!

Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1 ear, small
Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean

Adjust totals for today:

Calories (1200 - 1550) 1,393
Carbs (135 - 252) 264
Fats (27 - 60) 14
Protein (30 - 136) 69

Looks like I didn't get enough fat in for today and got too many carbs. I'll have to do better tomorrow...got some adjusting to do. Glad I decided to start using Spark People.
 
seeing those numbers is really interesting, is it.. the past few days, I even plan my snacks around sodium content.. and will adjust uneaten meals so i can get proper sodium...

Protein I never have trouble with - it's always fats that i'm under, and carbs thati'm under...
 
on your main screen - in the upper right corner there's a button to CHange DIet Goals-- go thru that process and what you are monitoring isa bout 4 or 5 screens in... you can monitor fiber and any vitamins you choose.. it's neat stuff..
