LOL Yea, I do...but I just got in from my walk and I really don't feel like going AND on top of that I talked with the lady in charge of food and there's no healthy food! NONE! Hot dogs with white bread buns, potato chips and Doritos. I think I'll pass. :( I'll find out what they talked about tomorrow.:p

Hi, well Ijust wrote i abig responce but couldnt post for soem reason...anyway...I love coffee:(...LOL...I also love Curves adn am addicted to that, currently going abt 5 days a week trying for everyday...Curves helped me learn alot to change my eating habits and be more aware of the things that I am eating and drinking plus i have taught my oldest alot...it is great...keep up the great work
 
Dinner update: skipped the cookout, bad food and I didn't want to watch other people eat hotdogs and chips, so I stayed home. Decided to have "breakfast" for dinner. I used to love it when my mom did that, I thought it was so cool... now I realize how sheltered of a life I led. :p Anyway, here's the update

Dinner:
Thomas' whole grain english muffin
1/4 Egg beaters scrambled w/ extra sharp 2% cracker barrel cheese
and chopped up grilled chicken tenderloin

Snack:
adding an apple so that I get all my servings in today for the challenge.

Took 90.7 oz of water to work and drank it all.
After work, I got my 2 mile powerwalk in, feeling good.

1300 is actually pretty good.. when a person is put on a sodium restricted diet for heart disease or high blood pressure the number should be at 1500 or below... so you're doing great

Wow, really? I was thinking I should try to consistently stay under 1000. It is soooo freaking hard to do though. Why must sodium be in EVERYTHING! Jeez Louise!

LOL SOrry started from the beginning...How did you get all those numbers that you are referring too on the bottom of your posts ?

You mean my calorie, etc totals? If you join sparkpeople.com, there's an option to input your food for the day and you can track anything that you'd like...calories, fat, various vitamins/minerals.... I find it to be very helpful. There's a questionnaire that you complete where you tell how much exercise you get and for how long, your age, weight, blah, blah, blah and it tells you what your parameters are and it's up to you to stay within them.

It's really cool, try it out. :)

I'm doing pretty good, just sipping on some water. :D Thought I'd get back on here and see what you guys are doing before I hit the bed. I've got a crazy day tomorrow, 2 teacher training sessions to do and a midmorning meeting that's going to be a HORROR! But I'm just dandy! :D :D
