Hey everybody (laughing hysterically at JB), today was a crazy busy day...been in and out of the building so I haven't been able to get on and then when I tried it said the site was upgrading the system or something.

Tried to visit diaries and only got as far as Diva's...these darn people think that just because I'm at work that I need to be working? :confused: What's up with that?? :p :p

Oh well, I'll be around to visit everyone later. I've gotta run to the grocery story and then take my daughter to cheerleading practice. Whew...talk to you all later this evening!

I'm keeping the faith...but I really want some Salt'N' Pepper chips. *OHD drools* that evil sodium is toying with me! :mad:
 
Damn that sodium!!! It is my downfall too! My husband came home from work 4 am and was eating chips and... SALSA!!! Ummm... I wanted to kill him. hahahahaha.
 
Ok...I've been MIA this weekend. I did well with the Challenge on Friday (got in my 5 servings) but I've sucked today and yesterday. Made the mistake of letting my bestfriend talk me into going to The Cheesecake Factory Saturday night. I had the Jamaican Black Pepper Shrimp...with kinda sorta the Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake.:eek: I feel HORRIBLE, but dayum it was good. :p

I will be working VERY hard this week! I am determined to get down at least one pound by Friday. I went grocery shopping today and bought the protein powder that Diva drinks and restocked my healthy foods. The goal for this week is to cut the carbs as much as humanly possible and increase my protein....also to kick waaaay into high gear my strength training workout. I saw this girl walking down the street today with the prettiest stomach and I kicked myself for my indulgence. I've forgiven myself but I am now more determined than ever to make this happen. That sexy belly girl I saw doesn't eat like that and expect change so I'd better cut it out...so consider it cut!

So watch out world, here I come...I'm a mean, working-on-being-lean, workout machine!!
 
If I could have one food be non-caloric it'd be cheesecake. Man, I love that stuff, but I won't eat it because one piece would blow my diet for the whole day. I need to figure out some time when I can have a slice or two. Anyway, you had a fun weekend. It won't take long to make up for it so enjoy and work extra hard this week.

Breakfast:
EAS Advant Edge Protein Powder, 6 tbsp

1 cup Green Giant Broccoli & Carrots with Garlic & Herbs

Hanover Organic Black Beans, 0.5 cup
Success Brown Rice, 0.5 cup
Grapes, 1 cup, seedless
Water

Snacks:
Jell-O Fat Free Pudding Snack, 1 serving
Craisins, 0.33 cup
Water

Taking to work 87.6 oz of water, my goal is 69.5 so I'm within my limit.
Minimum exercise tomorrow afternoon will be my Curves workout, will try to add some strength training to that in the evening when I get home. If so, I'll post details

I am sooooo glad there isn't a cheesecake factory here
that sounds good, I do have my weightwatchers strawberry cheesecake
and it's only 150 cals 4 fat and the taste is so dayum good!
You didn't do bad and like ya said just have to work hard but you'll
definatley lose a lb with the exersices you do!Have a great Monday!
