Hey there hf! I must've overlooked this yesterday, sorry about that.
Well diary, today is a new day and I feel much better this morning. I've gotten over my pity party and I feel stronger and very confident. I feel like a different person than I did just a few short hours ago, when I was drowning in my own tears and self pity. Well ENOUGH of that! I am a strong woman, a confident woman and I am going to be happy...scratch that I am happy.
Ok...now that I've given myself a motivational kick in the pants for today let's get back to weight loss issues. I got up this morning and did 20 back lunges on each leg, 10 side lunges on each leg and 30 jump and jacks WHILE I BRUSHED MY TEETH and WASHED MY FACE with my Aveeno pads!

I've decided that this will now be my morning ritual.
I prepared myself that protein shake again today, but used my blender versus the spoon (which by the way was a HUGE mistake...never do that, ok? lol). I added ice and decided to blend my banana into it. VERY yummy! I figured what the heck does it matter if I eat the banana or drink it? lol Besides it made eating breakfast while driving a much safer experience. I'm very happy with it. I decided to use low fat milk from my local dairy versus the low fat chocolate soymilk. I had used the soymilk yesterday in hopes of making my shake extra chocolatey.

I decided against that this morning and am very glad I did.
Today's Menu
Breakfast
EAS chocolate protein powder w/8 oz of lowfat milk
blended with one small banana
water
Lunch
4 oz of Tyson's chicken tenderloin fried in Olive Oil (I know, I know but I was tired of grilling)
1/2 cup of brown rice
1/2 cup of black beans (found some GREAT low sodium ones!!!)
black pepper
1 cup of seedless graes
water
Dinner:
There's going to be a cookout tonight for a parent group that I'm a member of, so I'll have dinner there tonight. Not sure what the menu is, but I WILL choose wisely, PROMISE! I'll report back with details this evening.
Snacks
1 100 calorie fat free jello cup
1/3 cup of craisins
more water
