Hello Everyone!!
I walked 40 minutes!! yea!!
I was really tired, but than I asked my mom if it was true that if you walk, you waken up. And after twenty minutes I was really starting to get out of the fog I have been in today, and after thirty minutes I started heading home, was a little slow, but than after a few minutes I started walking faster. I have this bad leg, I mean it hurts when I walk for long periods of times, I even had my comfortable shoes on, but I ended up hurting in my calf, my whole ankle, and my feet started hurting. So I put more weight on that leg, it hurt, but I started walking better. I need to build the muscles in my legs, feet and the rest of my body!

i am really excyted for you!! keep it up! i will be back to check up so don't do anything i wouldn't do 

I have been slipping recently, but am walking everyday ... which is different for me lol but I feel so good for the rest of the day after a walk. The eighteen minute walk didn't make me feel better, but todays walk did wonders ..
