It snowed so much, and than I was shovelling under freezing rain. I was drenched, because I wasn't wearing my winter coat ... eww ..no walking today .. I am reading some assignments for class .. I have to read parts of the bible andk koran and identify which quotes are from the koran or bible and what story from both books and there are a lot of stories ...so busy busy busy!

Hello a-n-g-e-l!!!:party:
I did not walk today, under the weather circumstances. It is horrid out there, but I did a lot of shovelling with heavy snow. Had to lift it and bring it to the other part of the house, outside of course... It was soaking wet outside and I was pouring when I walked in ..had to blow dry my hair ... to get it from stop dripping all over my shirt! My jacket is finally drying ... but I have more reading to do ..but I am using the bench for a while tonight ... I love the bench ..and tomorrow is supposed to be a beautiful day ..nice and bright ...sunny .. I am walking up to the library and going to volunteer for a couple hours and than go hiking with my parents ..fun fun fun! That will really give me a work out ..

Nice to hear from you!!

Well today I weighed in one pound higher than yesterday. I am gaining weight back.. it bounces up than down. It does not bump down under 283.2 ...today I weighed in at 284.4, obviously I must do something to change this possible trend that might happen ...because I am not going back to 285 pounds .. I want to reach the 270s ... my next goal on my ticker is 275 and I want to be 275 pounds by May... thats what on my birthday challenge ..and than on my Birthday in October of this year I want to be 265 pounds. And I plan to do that. So today I am taking a thirty five minute walk today!

It is so beautiful out and 44 degrees F. I am so excited .. I will be out and about around Boston Saturday, walking and going out to eat. Will only eat Chicken Ceaser Salad. And only a piece of dessert. We usually purchase one dessert and between us all ..take one bite of the dessert. So thats about it! lol
Next month mom is taking me out to the Olive Garden ...that will be fun!!
Expensive too! but worth it!!

I have been at horrible binging at odd hours and have gained back to 286 pounds, but part of that is the pill I take to get my "crimson tide"
yes.. Aunt Flo is here, and I am feeling her full swing. I went walking for 33 minutes yesterday, but didn't get my duff up to go out today ... Today is a rainy day ...and lots of myst ... not fun!

I don't think 265 will be reached by my bday ... at this rate... I am not doing well at all!! I was doing awesome! lost nine pounds, but now I have gained three back ... but The "crimson tide" is here, so that might be a bunch of water weight, with the bloating, so won't know my actual weight till the tide leaves ..

I wish I was doing well! lol I seem to be eating at night, all day, binging, the ten day pill I was taking increases my appetite, so there is more to eating than eating ... its a pain .. I have to take this thing every two months, but usually I don't take it but every four months, because of this very reason ...
It is just too much...

Hello everyone,
Well today was NOT a good day, nore is the last part of this month ...

I have the "crimson tide" and I am weighing in at 286.0.. I don't know whether that is the tide, with water weight, or the binging, but both probably don't help ...

I can stop binging ... I just don't know how ...

does anyone have any suggestions ...

I think I am going to go back and read my food addiction book, because thats why I lost nine pounds ...only to gain three back!!

but I am not gaining the rest back ..no way!!

I am going to stick this out and get back on track ...
