Pakora are chickpea flour fritters but I had to look up kadhi. Sounds (and looks) delicious!
 
Lunch: Kadhi pakora with rice + Green Tea
Dinner: Mixed Vegetable Rice + Kheer + Green Tea

Need to get groceries, dont have salad stuff right now

Ty :) Some days are really hard.

Idk if I feel any lighter, but in 4 weeks I have lost 4 KGs. I'll weigh myself on the 14th next. I feel anxious about it

Will be intermittent fasting from Tuesday (Religious reasons)
 
Missie I have tried intermittent fasting in the past it was one of my most effective methods for weight loss! :) Its certainly very challenging to stick to though I'm really interested to see how you get on good luck and thanks for sharing x

Lunch: Rice with mutton curry+ plain yogurt + salad + Green Tea
Dinner: An Apple+ Digestive Biscuits + Green Tea

Snack: Vanila custard with apple + cucumber

Sahri: (Breakfast for the next day) Chicken manchurian + Veggie Rice

Snack: Mango yogurt + date



I am fasting for 14 hours.
When I eat my evening meal, I wait 3 hours for a light snack, then 3 hours later, i'll have my "breakfast" for the next day and then 3 hours later another light snack. Then I fast for 14 hours.
