Snack: Vanila custard with apple + cucumber
Sahri: (Breakfast for the next day) Chicken manchurian + Veggie Rice
Snack: Mango yogurt + date
I am fasting for 14 hours.
When I eat my evening meal, I wait 3 hours for a light snack, then 3 hours later, i'll have my "breakfast" for the next day and then 3 hours later another light snack. Then I fast for 14 hours.
