I weighed myself today. I'm at 78 KGs now
 
A kilo a week is a lot so be prepared to see progress slow down at some point but there's nothing wrong with enjoying it while it lasts.
 
Iftaar: Rice with chicken Manchurian +yogurt +cucumber
Sahoor: Grilled chicken and potatoes +Orange juice + Green Tea
Snack: Apricot and peach yogurt
 
1st meal: Boiled white rice
Yogurt
Lamb kofte

Snack: Mango yogurt
Date
1 samosa


2nd meal: Boiled white rice
Chicken handi
Yogurt
Salad


Thinking of cutting down on rice.
 
Losing a kilo a week is a lot already so I don't really see a need to reduce your calories yet. Going too low might make you feel tired and listless and make it harder to stay on track.
 
:iagree: with LaMa. 1kg a week is enough & you seem to be going ok with the amount you’re eating. “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.”

2nd meal: samosa and pakora
Snack: yogurt and cucumber

I mightve exceeded my calorie count today and also yesterday. Things were a bit bad at home and I was depressed
 
I don't see anything drastic in that list of food. You didn't bury your head in an ice cream bucket or a box of chocolates.

2nd meal: cucumber + yogurt + veggie rice and chicken +green tea
Snack: strawberry yogurt
