Believe me that's the last thing I need and I'd be too scared of getting found out so I never did get up to anything naughty. Hugs are good though!

Anyway this is me for today, my swim session went on for longer than it should have as I was chatting to that nice young life guard I met two weeks ago. Think I need someone to take attention away from poor Ozz.

Oh I don't know, I could accept 39... its in his eyes, he's developing quite the set of crows feet, and his skin in general looks a little worse for wear age-wise. He's got the boyish grin though and its pretty fooling :)

Regardless of his age, I'm sure you know what's best for you Crunchie, you seem too level-headed to get involved with anyone you shouldn't.

Hehehe funny you should mention that as he was moaning about the state of his skin, he actually has some kind of medical condition whereby he hasn't really grown out of achne. He has to take pills for it and it makes his face look a little beetroot. The rest of him is the typical Scottish peely waly white (this knowledge comes from us both going swimming once and nothing else).

OH CRUNCHIE...how I have missed you!!! You are doing so incredibly well! You'll have to check my quick post to find out where I have been, but I am back and beyond impressed with your weight loss!!!! You go on with your bad self and get a guy who thinks your the Queen....that is what you deserve (NO LESS!!!)

Its definitely a soap opera here :). Crunchie, don't give up hope on meeting a good one who is available. You've got a real charm to you and I've seen your pics too. The Scotish men I've met were too smart for me to believe you're in a nation of total idiots :).

Just six pounds to go? ...... that's less than half a stone!!! Way to go Crunchie .... you'll be maintaining before you know it ;)

Sorry I didn't manage to get on this weekend, I will catch up with diaries tomorrow at lunch time. Today has been an alright day and I managed to stay at 142.5lbs on Sunday so I hope to looseanother pound or so this week.:)

Gah gah gaaahhhhhh I stayed up until 12.30am yesterday as I was hoping to catch the highlights of the football game I was at on Saturday (we won again) and dad brought out a massive bag of crisps so I had a few handfuls of those. Hopefully they won't affect me too much but my next weight in isn't until next Sunday anyway.

Will hopefully get out on my bike tonight but it's looking a bit dull, might have to go to the gym instead.

Hi, Crunchie, sounds like you're doing as great as usual. I want to be like you!!!

Unfortunately, I'm weaker, and do let myself "cheat" probably more then I should.

Keep up the good work!

Crunchie, you're doing great again. I feel so powerful when I can see that big bag of chips (crisps) and stop at a few handfuls. Have a great week!

Well today after much debating with myself I decided to do gentle exercise as my legs were still a bit sore from my gym session yesterday. I found something on my walk that made it just as well I made that choice but more on that later.

Day was fairly typical of work and my food wasn't bad at all, at night it was looking a bit dull so I thought I'd go to the gym rather than go through with my original plan of going for a cycle. However come night time I decided I couldn't be bothered driving to the gym and it was brightening up so I thought I'd go out my cycle instead. However I then decided I wanted to listen to music so a walk would be better.

On my walk I wound up going places I wouldn't normally so it was a good long walk I got however on the way back I spotted a pure white bird in the water of the canal just as it crosses under the main street. At first I thought the bird must be dead as it wasn't a water bird, however something made me go down under the bridge to check and to my horror I saw the bird was still alive and struggling to stay on the surface. :( I found a long plank of wood and nudged the bird in to the edge of the bank, I then had to slide down the bank on my stomach to reach the bird and bring it out. After being warmed up and dried out the bird is now recovering in my room and already looks loads better. There is a guy coming from our local animal rescue centre tomorrow to pick it up assuming it lasts the night. I think it was possibly a tame bird and that's why it's so unafraid, it's so common for injured birds to die of shock if anyone brings them in but it can't be denied this one looks loads better. It was all weak and shivering when I hauled it out the water but it's standing up and trying to preen itself now. It seems to have something lodged in its wing, I fear it may have been shot with an air rife and left to drown.:( Hopefully it'll recover but that's the most exciting thing that's happened to me today.
