Blah I really need to get back to recording food and stuff, I bought some green tea hoping to sort of sprint the last few pounds. I haven't made a loss this week but then I did eat some crisps last night which may have made me retain water. I went on a 12 mile cycle tonight so I hope that's done something. My backside better be pert soon with all this cycling.
I also ate out for lunch today and had fish in batter with home made chips it was great and I hopefully made up for it by the fact I cycled and only had a wee drop lentil soup for tea.
