my diary

Blah I really need to get back to recording food and stuff, I bought some green tea hoping to sort of sprint the last few pounds. I haven't made a loss this week but then I did eat some crisps last night which may have made me retain water. I went on a 12 mile cycle tonight so I hope that's done something. My backside better be pert soon with all this cycling.:eek: I also ate out for lunch today and had fish in batter with home made chips it was great and I hopefully made up for it by the fact I cycled and only had a wee drop lentil soup for tea.:cool:
 
Hi Miss Crunchie, I see you've only got three more pounds to go. That is fantastic!!!!!! You just keep plodding on and that 136 will get here.

I'm sure all that cycling you are doing is going to pay off in a major way.
