Deep fried pizza? Was it really deep fried? Oh, Crunchie, you didn't! I bet it felt really heavy after all that healthy eating you've been doing. I won't beat you up for it though, since I'm absolutely no saint and you seem to have it all under control anyway. It's good to have a decadent treat sometimes, it reminds us we're alive. Take care of yourself!
keep up the great work crunchie. i enjoy reading your diary as you have such good intentions and a good head on your shoulders..inspirational! enjoy your day!!

Waaaaaaaaa I know I know about the pizza. My friend once put me off chip shop food for a long time due to a comment he made about the food offered there. Now don't ask me why but Italian (and a few other countries) football players tend to gel their hair a lot. As they have black hair it can sometimes look quite greasy rather than gelled. My friend reckoned there was enough grease in these footballers hair to keep an average chippie going for a month. Now if there's one thing I really hate and makes me sick it's the thought of hair in food. If I find a hair in anything I'm eating it's a good way to ensure I don't eat any more. Will bare this in mind if ever feel tempted by chippie again!
Anyway today has been good though that smoothie I've just had feels a bit heavy for some reason, have drank over 2 litres of water today though.
Tomorrow i get to eat loads as I do a double gym and swim session on a Friday, think I'll usually burn about 300 at the gym and say 500 at the baths. With that in mind and the fact I'd be doing that near enough last thing do folks reckon it'd be safe to eat 2000 cals so that i get a net of 1200?
I'm hijacking Crunchie's diary to clear up a couple things...
Number one - having a curry means eating at an Indian restaurant. While they offer many different dishes some of which don't even contain curry they are still collectively referred to as "curry". It's the number one restaurant food in the UK. Kind of like here in America we have a Mexican restaurant on every corner (and for that I say God Bless America!!!!). And Indian food is DELISH!!!
Number two - Bless Scotland for giving us Gerard Butler. For your viewing pleasure....
hey crunchie!!! i agree. somebody needs to let them know that the gel is overboard! most would look so much better w/o it or 1/2 as much! ha!! have a great day..keep up the great work. i love checking in on you b/c you are so accountable for your actions and that means you are really going to reach your goal and be successful...
curry is a type of spice mostly found in Indian food.
it's spicy and flavourful. there's many varieties to curry spices... the mildest is usually yellow, then red, then green.
this curry spice is usually cooked in variety of dishes also named "curry" or "vindaloo" and they have different recipes to them. Some are cooked with chicken, others with lamb, some with beef, others with goat cheese and chick peas. You get the idea.
So now that you know what a curry is... Get yourself to an Indian restaurant, order a mango lassee (mango milkshake) and get yourself a curry dish!!
HMmm. All this talk is making me want some curry myself.
um. question... i forgot to ask... how exactly does one deep fry a pizza? I mean... wouldn't the toppings fall off or something? unless it was wrapped like a calzone I guess.
Hi crunchie, my friend is much better, expecting her home Monday. She had to have more mri's and lumbar punctures, and her vision isnt 100%. I fell off the wagon a bit but am fine again now. Thanks for dropping in on my diary. Your ticker is looking good.

Here's my food from yesterday, I normally go to the gym and swimming on a Friday night but I went for a lie down at 5.30pm then woke up at 9.30pm. I'll go to the gym tonight to make up for that slight mishap. Yesterday I still managed to keep my net calories reasonably low anyway.
