Tea: chicken style quorn dippers, jacket potato, salad, beetroot
Snacks: nectarine(60), plum,
Supper: toasted brown bread on honey
Exercise: 1 hour walk

Water: 2 x 500ml bottle, 4 x 400ml glasses

Lunch: home made chicken and veg curry with brown rice
Tea: ½ tin lentil soup. Brown bread
Snacks: nectarine, plum
Supper: fruit juice
Exercise: 1 hour swim session (70 legths), s*x

Water: 5 x 500ml bottle,
Fruit and veg portions: 5
I'm afraid I'm too tired to do much more in my diary tonight so just updating with last two days food. Didn't get chocolate spread after all but will get take away tomorrow seeing as how there's football on and I'm the only one home!
