Good news, I checked my weight on the scale today and it said 199.5! Yes! I've done it! Under 200! The wii scale said 200 on the nose.....but the one scale saying under 200 is good enough to me! When both scales say under 200 I am going to post progress pics.

Gong to hopefully walk the dogs later today to get some excerise with family.

Had a little bit of pumpin pie (with crust, bad I know but I didn't go overboard), green beans in a stir fry with peanut and olive oil with broccoli, 1 rice crispy marshmellow, sweet potato yams with low cal sauce I found receipe for it on the bodybuilding website, and smoked ham. god the ham was good. I really have no idea how many calories this stuff has so I took it in moderation. Therefore, I won't try to guess...I think there's too much it could range.

Update: We went walking the dogs for a good 30 minutes, wasn't a brisk walk but good family time and got a little excerise in. For dinner I had yams with a cinnamon glaze on top (found in bodybuilders website), an apple and 2 slices of hickory smoked ham. It seems the ham really isn't that bad in calories, only about 65 per 2 oz. I tried to remove whatever fat I could find. I'm sure its high in sodium though.

Didn't do so good after, had another slice of pie and a rise crispy.

Odd..looked at the nutrition facts on mcdonalds and they don't have the calories listed for a large regular dr.pepper. Weird thing is though I asked for a regular diet coke, not diet dr.pepper I swear it tastes like diet dr.pepper, pretty sure it tastes like diet too. So it's another possible 310 calories if it's regular, not sure, but I think its diet.

I searched the thread and cannot find the nutrition facts for kara's secret sauce..anywhere..so I'm guessing 200. I went kind of heavy on it today. Not too bad, though. Went to the gym today and worked out my chest. Met a new friend who asked me to spot him, and I got in my flat bench press reps that way. Nice guy. No clue how he can lift 80 lbs in each hand, that's insane. for cardio I rode my bike the usual 6 miles (3 miles one way). I'm beginning to slow down in my weight loss. I need to step up my cardio. Tomorrow I think I'm going to go to the gym and work out, come back, and go running after. The good news is, after running my ankles do not hurt like they used to. Whatever injury they had is gone, which is good. Let's hope it stays that way

Gladly! I'm glad you've accomplished so much ... not too much longer and you'll be one of those "maintainers" I here such wonderful stories about. It's natural for people to come and go, but just know that so long as you are making strides to improve yourself in any way, you're an inspiration ... even if it's just to one person.

Awhh stupid Wii scale, what a ripoff! Haha. It's funny, my Wii scale is usually about 5lbs. less than my other scale... unless I lost 5lbs. and just don't know it yet. That'd be pretty sweet!! ... although unlikely :)

Yeah it pisses me off. I mean really....there's something about being under 200 lbs "mentally" that makes me happy. I want to post some pictures progress but I feel I'm not really under 200 until BOTH scales say it. Weird huh?

You gotta be sure you choose the +- 0 lbs or else its not accurate. Not sure why it's being stubborn. Hopefully tomorrow will be different

Today I rode my bike to the gym and back (6 miles today), worked out my back with weights for an hour, then came home and did week 2 of couch 2 5k (running) for 30 minutes.

I'm going to try to add some extra cardio every other day (running) to speed it up. It's getting alot harder to lose the weight. Nice to hear from you Addie! Hope you had a good day !:hurray:

Every time I read your journal here it makes me crave Subway like crazy! Haha ... I had even planned on having it for lunch today, but I went to their website to look up the nutrition information and most of their subs have quite a bit of sodium. If you're getting banana peppers, jalapenos, and salt on them, too, then maybe the stubborn weight that you're having trouble losing is from water retention.

I had a very salty breakfast this morning so I tried to take it easy on the salty foods the rest of the day, but if I had gotten that sub I would have had twice my daily recommended amount of sodium for sure!

Just something to think about ... :) Hope to see some progress pics, soon ... I can't wait for my own, but it'll probably be about 3 months until I get anything significant enough to document, lol.
