I love salmon too, and you're right it is expensive. We happened to go to walmart one day and they had wild caught salmon already pre-packaged and vacuum sealed, real cheap. We bought like 6 or 7 of them! (By this I Mean like 5-6 salmon filets in the package, they were dirt cheap!, we bought 7 packages and that lasted us awhile) We've eaten up all of that, and then we went to sprouts and bought a couple lbs of salmon! I don't like the salmon at sprouts quite as much, it is too fishy compared to the other salmon. It also has alot of bone's in it..but hey its salmon.

My dad hates fish, and he gets mad when I microwave the leftover salmon because it "stinks the house up".

The gym has been a very hard experience for me. When I signed up the trainer told me I would get a workout plan to follow, but it turned out I had to sign up for their personal training to get it. We called him back and he got mad and said he just didn't have the time to teach people how to use the machines.

A different trainer made a workout plan for me though. So I'm following it.

I've made friends with one of the trainers there, and the other day he spent all 4 sets with me showing me how to do it. I took notes. I hate asking him how to use the machines, so often times I will just ask other gym members. I've made a few friends too.

I'm definitely sore, I hope the learning gets easier. When i get more money n ext month I'm going to buy some books that teach the machines better.

Yeah, sucks if the trainer just wants to sell you on his programme. You know that is someone to avoid.

At the fitness centre attached to the pool where I work out, when I started I paid for a one-hour training session where the trainer and I went over all the equipment and how to use it, proper lifting technique and that sort of thing.

It paid off becasue now if she walks in when I am there, I always ask her some question about technique, or have her check my form, and she always cheerfully does so.
Always handy to make friends with the staff.
 
211.5 today again..ugh, when is it going to go down??

I woke up late. I feel terrible. Why? Because I promised I would go to the gym today. And I'm putting it off...going to take a couple days break. I've been going to the gym now 4 days straight, maybe 5, I should really have gone today. And for that I feel terrible. I just need to wake up earlier so I can get home before its dark. I'm still at 211.5 and I think I hit a pleatau..

For breakfast I had a salmon with orange glance broccoli and wild rice with walnuts and cranberries frozen dinner from spruots. (390)

I Did it! I went to the gym anyway, and did my legs. I'm going to go running later today

Thanks kara, I haven't been exercising as much as I should. Took the last couple days off. I'm definitely going to wake up early tomorrow ride my bike to the gym and work out. And plan to do that the next 4 days.

Finally woke up today earlier and hit the gym, this way I don't come back home when its dark and waste half the day away. Went into the hot tub, then worked out my chest. Rode my bicycle there and back for a total of about 6 miles.

I'm really pissed off/upset I'm back above 209...211? This makes me more determined than ever to lose the weight, I want to be out of the 200's so bad and I'm so close. No more excuses, I'm hitting the gym tomorrow and the next 4 days, 5 days a week, 2 days off. No exceptions. I am going to bed earlier tonight so I can wake up better in the morning..
