Breakfast/lunch:
Turkey roasted (200)
Beans, 1 cup (240)
Broccoli (45)
Diet Dr.Pepper (0)
Total: 485
Post workout shake, strawberry nonfat yogurt:
(410)
Dinner:
Whole wheat spagetti with veggies and sauce
(200 for noodles + 170)
Total: 370
Snack:
Yes, I ate the whole bag! 544 calories!
Was really good, salty too. A little over 1000 mg of sodium, wow.
But you know what? I haven't had cheetos in a long time and it's nice to have a bad treat every now and then. I really should do a cheat day
Total: 1959
Snack:
Apples (35)
Carrots (35)
Jerky (80)
I'm gonna go chugging water now..
Rode bike 6 miles for cardio. Worked out legs today. When I was heavier there was a special treat I would eat often. They are only found in mexican meat markets. They are called "horneados" which I believe means baked in spanish. They have chili powder, salt, and cheese on them. I haven't had cheetos in a long time so I plan to portion out the bag and eat one half at a time. They are the best cheetos I've ever had. The only problem is the nutrition facts contradict themselves. The english equiv says 136 calories (1 piece, whatever that means), 1.5 servings per bag. Which equals to about 200+ calories. But the spanish verison says 136 servings, 4 per bag, which equals at over 500 calories. Which I think is correct. Here's a picture of the bag:
