Yeah, it's odd. I didn't think I had lost much weight but according to my Wii it had been 8 days since my last weigh in. And I've actually lost 3.5 lbs in that time.

I actually had late last night a bag of popcorn. It was lower sodium, very light butter. Didn't have much calories according to the bag but I'm sure lots of sodium. I also had these lightly fried taquito things, I wish we never bought them, and I'm sure there was a hefty amount of sodium in that. Since I ate that stuff real late at night, it effected my weigh in today I'm sure.
Today I was 195.5
For breakfast/lunch I had:
8 piece + 2 Yogi's Grill Crunch Roll.
It has crab meat (no may), Avocado, Nori (seaweed), Lightly fried little bits of tempura with shrimp inside, topped with bread crumbs and slightly drizzled with a teriyaki sauce.

It started yesterday actually. I had a sore throat. Today I woke up and my throat was STILL sore, maybe even a little more so. My energy is zapped too, I feel like crap even after I eat something. I had a no sugar energy drink to try and help, helped a little but not much. I hope I'm not getting sick. I even had a flu shot but you know...its not fool proof.
Today my mom and I went to sprouts and Bashes. We bought TONS of veggies, green beans, soybeans, broccoli, tons of great stuff to eat, all frozen so I can steam them. We also got these gluten milk free soy ice cream bars called Tofutti. They're actually quite good, satisifying and only 170 calories. It's basically a tofu based ice cream with raspberry, layered with dark chocolate. They are a good size too.
We also got Agave Nectar, organic. I was watching the Dr.Oz show the other day (Its my new favorite show), and he mentioned how to make a nice carrot soup with veggie stock and other ingredients. Sounds really good. Also, he mentioned how to make a very nice snack called "energy balls" you eat 2 before your workout for extra protein. It's basically all natural peanut butter (No oils or salt added), Agave Nectar or honey, Dark chocolate chips (We couldn't find any so we bought a 72% cocao chocolate bar which we will shred into flakes, Dr.oz said the dark chocolate contains flavoids which improve cardio health), Ginger Juice (We couldn't find this anywhere, we even went to Trader Joes. We're going to try and make it by squeezing the Ginger root), Rolled Oats or Flax Meal to bind it together. They sound real good! Only have 2 a day though and only before your workout!
I got a haircut today too.
I'm going to try week 3 of couch 2 5k today. I need to push myself harder to improve. I think I can do it. We will see.
I have a new goal. Last year (2008) I went to see my cousins and grandparents over in Ohio/Kentucky. My grandparents go there every spring right before summer, then come back to AZ during the winter. I sold one of my gold coins recently to raise money for the plane ticket to go over there. I have enough now. I'm going to save it until May of next year. Then (hopefully if they let me) I'm going to fly over there. My goal is to be extremely fit by then, less than 170. Ideally 150-160, and ripped! I think I can do it. At the very least, I want to have nice trap definition. I haven't been going to the gym as consistent this week but plan to start again 5 days a week on monday. That gives me plenty of time, about 6 months, I think I can do it. What a surprise that will be. The last time I was there I was 242 ish, at my heaviest.
