But you know what? I haven't had cheetos in a long time and it's nice to have a bad treat every now and then. I really should do a cheat day

Total: 1959

Snack:
Apples (35)
Carrots (35)
Jerky (80)

I'm gonna go chugging water now..:p

Rode bike 6 miles for cardio. Worked out legs today. When I was heavier there was a special treat I would eat often. They are only found in mexican meat markets. They are called "horneados" which I believe means baked in spanish. They have chili powder, salt, and cheese on them. I haven't had cheetos in a long time so I plan to portion out the bag and eat one half at a time. They are the best cheetos I've ever had. The only problem is the nutrition facts contradict themselves. The english equiv says 136 calories (1 piece, whatever that means), 1.5 servings per bag. Which equals to about 200+ calories. But the spanish verison says 136 servings, 4 per bag, which equals at over 500 calories. Which I think is correct. Here's a picture of the bag:

We went to the store today for groceries. Found some habanero/cheese chicken sausages, only 150 calories a link. Would go nice in a stew. Got a few healthy frozen dinners, including a thai one, my only complaint from going to the store is the sodium in the food we bought was high.

I got 2 packages of genuine hickory smoked jack links jerky. 2 jumbo bags! I love jerky as it is a very lean low fat snack. But the sodium in them is very high (580 mg), still I love jerky its one of my favorite snacks I just have to eat it more sparingly.

We bought some fuji and granny smith apples as well. Hopefully to get some broccoli from another store soon. I'm drinking lots of water :p

197.0, woohoo BMI of 30.9! Now I have roughly the same BMI as my mom. Soon I'll be out of the 30's and you know what that means? I'll no longer be considered (By BMI) as obese! What a great feeling that will be.

I managed to finally get up at 8 am to go to the gym earlier. I finished the gym. I worked out shoulders. This is my 5th day in the row so next 2 days are off.I don't know why, but I feel physically exhausted. Seriously..you'd think I'd feel great and have alot of energy but I have absolutely no energy, and I'm hungry and tired. I'm going to have lunch early and then take a nap.

I finished the running (couch 2 5k week 2)

You can definitely see a pretty big difference in your before & after pics. I've got a long way to go, but I can't wait to bust out of the 200-pound club like you. That must be a great feeling. And I hope you're enjoying the couch to 5K program. It worked great for me and I'm so glad I found it. Great work, man.

Thanks, I don't know if I just suck at running or what, but its harder than bloody hell. I've been stuck on week 2 now for months. I really don't think I can run for 3 minutes like in week 3. By the time I'm done with the 90 second interval I'm literally gasping for air, not just a little winded. I've heard it will get easier but damn, when will it?

197.5 today

Looks like my weight dropped a few lbs because I had a better day watching my sodium yesterday, and drank alot of water

Finished second week of couch 2 5k, for some reason the ipod skipped about 8 seconds ahead on the last run, but other than that it went good. Was really hard.

Breakfast/lunch:
Jack in the box salad, reduced asian dressing
Grilled chicken asian salad
(581)
Mcdonalds reduced fat ice cream cone
(150)
Diet Coke (0)

Dinner:
Pork chops, lean. (Fat trimmed off) with baked Fuji apples
And green peas
(136 + 50 + 90)
Total: 276

1 bowl of split green beans:
(100)

Lots of water, and diet sierra mist ruby splash

Total: 1107

Looks like jack in the box no longer carries the nutrition facts for their asian salad. I wonder why? Quite odd. Had to do a search on this thread to find the nutrition for it.

Had a terrible day today and last night.

Tried to go to sleep last night to wake up at 8 am. Couldn't sleep. Ran out of my medicine, which helps me sleep too. Ended up staying awake and drinking diet soda (lots of mt dew) until 8:15 am. Went back to sleep, woke up at 2 pm. But still very tired. It gets worse. It was raining out side, so I couldn't ride my bike to the gym. I think it's still raining 4 hours later. I'm going to have to workout on saturday to complete my 5 days, unfortunately, that's the weekend I like to spend with my family most of the day.

Then my mom brought home pizza. Hadn't had anything else to eat besides that the day. I didn't eat too much, I had one small sliver and 2 regular slices. My weight is the same, 197.5, at least. I feel terrible

You'd think after only sleeping 6 hours that one day I'd fall asleep alot easier the next. Well I didn't. Stayed up again until 5 am. But I slept woke up at 2 pm. So I got 8 or 9 hours of good sleep in. Feeling better now. Off to the gym

Beans, 1 serving (120)

Finished the gym, worked out shoulders today. Rode bike total of 6 miles for cardio. Learned a new way to do some shrugs (instructor showed me) with cables, and had my body mass taken. My BMI is 30.7, body fat is 18.2%. That puts me right in the good category. He said that that was a pretty good number.

So I actually had to go digging for some of my old clothes today. Found my size 40 pants and they fit, actually just right maybe a tad too loose. 2 more inches and I'll be size 38. That'll be a nice feeling.

You'll get there, keep on going. I'm 5'7''. I've read about that, but I don't really feel comfortable changing my eating style. This has seemed to work pretty good so far.
