hey man, how goes it? I just read up on your diary and we seem to have similar disciplines. i too get up at five to hit the gym and knock it out first thing. I divide my workouts with cardio, and weights 6 days. so 3 days cardio and 3 days weights. i feel you on the results. i am a lot like you with the muscle mass. i'm only 5 foot 8 inches, but i wear a size 38 pant and 1 or 2 x shirt. yeah and i weight 289. i was at 4x and a 54 pant before i started. right now i am doing the full body circuit, but i work a specific area a little more on each day, today was legs, which kills me. lunges destroy me, but i keep pushing through on them. i think i may move up to holding 60 lbs dumbells instead of 50s haha. i have to work my legs over because they are already so strong. leg extentions, i max out, leg curls are getting there, and squats i act scared on, for fear of my back, but i ususally do 225 to be safe. but man do you feel good afterwards. I like the fact that you are on here getting people pumped. its more fun when you know all your hard work inspires other to work harder, doesn't it. well enough ramble. keep up the good work! i'll be following you now.

one quick question. You only rest one day? Like my weekends are my escape, I don't just veg out eating crap all day, but I relax ya know. Gotta give the body some time before you can punish for the next week ya know. Yeah I kill on all my night weight workouts, I leave the legs for friday cuz I do cardio every morning for five days straight. Gotta love the squats tho, and the deadlifts, its like a full body workout in one fell swoop. I think at my heaviest i was 345, i went down to 215, then i bulked up to 255 cuz I was having trouble putting some ass behind me when I needed to move a fridge or something haha. I just jackassed around for a few months so I gained some shiz i didnt wanna. thanks for the kind words for sure, I didnt know I did all that
i try to see how fast I can rake my backyard. I'm a dork sometimes.

I do get what you mean, your body gets used to the exercise. after you create a habit your own body asks for it. I am still getting there- one week to go until my thighs start enjoying the punishment.

went to the rally in pasedena today, crazy. rained like hell. then all the radio folks wanted to go to hooters. I went, only drank water. I had a burger tho, no fries, nothing else. I'm having some atlantic salmon for dinner with some other things, ill take a picture of it if comes out ok...
anywho, off to cook 6 lbs of chicken

thanks for stopping by my diary. i see you had a good day too with the whole nutrition/exercise....actually come to think of it your days always seem to be good days. (apart from the fact that you mentioned something was stressing you out yesterday...hope your doing good now?)
by the way, your list always has a scoop of peanut butter (YUMMY!), as much as i'd love to add some to my plan i just can't because on my bad days i'd probably eat the whole jar! so i keep my kitchen free of anything that can tempt me, at least untill i gather a bit more discipline. Do you ever have days where you eat bad? because it's like your diet is always perfect and you always follow it to the letter!
